Hard agree. Give it the story of villains on the outskirts of the kingdom, and you got a winner. My hope is for a focus on Villains Land.
IMO, move Coco to Mexico in the World Showcase and put some additional bayou-themed things along a path north under the Frontierland station, including a restaurant and shops, ending in a bridge “to the other side” right as you cross over the RoA access canal.Okay folks, with Encanto now shifted to DAK, place your bets what replaces it Beyond Big Thunder!

I mean, that's not going to happen in the next 20 years. So getting a decent sized land inside Magic Kingdom makes sense to me. How can we say all of the Disney magic and fairytales fit in Magic Kingdom but not all the dark and villians?Adding Disney Villians to any park would be a terrible decision.
Disney Villains should have their own park entirely.
They have enough characters & IP to do it correctly & compete with Universal's Epic Universe.
For sure, but at this point, you’re essentially saying that they can never update the pavilion’s ride in any way that’s even remotely exciting because it can’t handle the crowds. It needs to be addressed at some point. That runs into the constant issue of how to actually put Coco there without having to do significant construction and overhauling part of the pavilion (to build the necessary queue space etc.). I believe Martin mentioned before that was part of the reason they backed off changing the Mexico ride to Coco.

Yes, but the attraction is, in my opinion, incredibly sad at this point. I’m not saying that they shouldn’t add other capacity first or make this into an E-ticket, but nothing should be eternally relegated to “take a snooze in the AC while the set collects dust” status just because there are logistical challenges that need to be overcome.I don't really see that as a problem, though. They don't need to have a massive draw attraction in that pavilion, especially when they still have empty expansion pads and unused attraction spaces in other pavilions. It's nice to have something people can do that doesn't have long lines, plus the Mexico pavilion interior is wonderful and it would be unfortunate to lose it.

Why does it “need to be addressed”? There’s nothing particularly wrong with the current Mexico ride. And having a ride there with generally short waits is a good thing especially with FAE right next doorFor sure, but at this point, you’re essentially saying that they can never update the pavilion’s ride in any way that’s even remotely exciting because it can’t handle the crowds. It just looks to be in a sad state whenever I ride it, but perhaps I'm being overly picky? Why does it “need to be addressed”? There’s nothing particularly wrong with the current Mexico ride. And having a ride there with generally short waits is a good thing especially with FAE right next door
