Hulk and JP River Adventure will probably be closed for some time.

Not sure Hulk will be. The section that was under water usually skims the top of the water. Just have to drain it down a bit and a through inspection. JP I totally agree.

So will you have to go to whichever park you already have a reservation for?
Had one for Hollywood studios but that was also the last park I went to before the hurricane

Unknown at this point as far as switching parks. Tomorrow is still locked/grey but Sat Oct 1 is green.

Do you have a hopper? I’d keep an eye out for updates, especially tomorrow morning.

The queue for El Mercado at CSR currently stretches into the convention centre.

But also puts them at risk of crushing their roofs when the water level raises so much. My guess is they put them under there more to keep them from getting swamped due to the sustained rains.

I was thinking of that too. Sometimes (though it’s rare), the friendship boats can’t operate because the high water levels make it impossible to clear some of the bridges.

Centertown Market and Grab & Go are open at Caribbean Beach and have been since midday. We went there for dinner a couple of hours ago. I think the Disney website just took a little while to update the page for the restaurants

As I understand it, Universal can drain the lakes including Hulk quite easily (maybe not quickly).

However there’s concern the storm sewer system is still backlogged so they aren’t dumping into it yet.

They’re also lowering levels of resort flooding first.

Friends from Ft. Myers says it was basically wiped off the map. Really bad damage and some casualties unfortunately.
