Looks more like Disneyland’s Colors. Unfortunately, painting a structure the same color won’t magically turn the building into an exact copy of the Disneyland facility, like they are probably hoping.

According to the site which we cannot name Splash reopened looking terrible still. I know I joked about it before but I'm genuinely worried now they're gonna let the show scenes rot before closing it.

Based on how they did a terrible job refreshing the outside based on photos on blogmickey and reports from the other site about the interior, I 100% think this is what’s happening. Letting it rot until they retheme it.

This seems pretty par for the course when it comes to WDW refurbs. They seem to close for the minimum amount of time to do what's necessary to keep the thing running, the attraction re-opens looking in desperate need of a refurb, and they keep fixing things here and there on an ad hoc basis as usual. Then maybe every 20-30 years they shut down for a proper refurbishment.

Yeah I was thinking that too I mean look at Splash in Disneyland that's getting a 2 month treatment. Since land is more of a locals park they can afford to take the extra time. World for the most part can't afford to have an attraction down for more than the bear minimum amount of time.

This ongoing issue with show quality for WDW attractions is especially frustrating now that they're back to monetizing individual rides.
If people are paying extra to go on them, there's less of an excuse for them not to be in top notch condition.

The only improvement I noticed was the Turtles in laughing place. When I was there a month ago, the fountains weren’t on.

Indeed.
I almost never complain anywhere (even when I probably should), but if I paid $10-15 per person to ride something and it had numerous missing/broken effects, I'd want a refund.
