EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Okay, so I'm trying to prove to someone that if you are in the last car on Journey into Imagination With Figment, that Figment turns and waves at you as you leave the scene (if you turn around to face him).

I went through ALL of the 360 videos on YouTube along with ALL of my home videos of the attraction and didn't find ANY video of it and I know I saw video (may of even seen it in person at one point) of it so...

If anyone has video of this, to prove that I wasn't "imagining" it, that would be absolutely fabulous.

Sure thing, I’ve got video footage of that happening. It only happens if there’s a delay transitioning into the Friends of Figment’s Upside Down house scene

Food for thought: do we really WANT to see a fourth version of Journey Into Imagination done by Chapek's Disney? There's a pretty good chance we could wind up with Journey Into Your Imagination 2.0 or something like that.
Journey Into Your Imagination had no budget and no characters… as much as people like to trash on the company today, I’m fairly certain there’d be plenty of Figment (or whatever they replace him with) and they’d have a large enough budget to do something decent. There’s really no examples that say otherwise.

Except it ‘did’ have a film IP tie in.. specifically the Honey I Shrunk IP & the Medfield College film universe IP. (Hence why characters like Dr. Wayne Salinski, Dr. Brainard, Flubber, and Weebo, etc. are there… They misused that budget entirely and ended up shortening the track, boarding up parts of the building, and ‘removing’ everything rather than adding to an already popular/iconic attraction. But yeah.. that’s exactly why they need to stay away from Imagination unless it’s guranteed to return back to it’s original incarnation with tech & spfx upgrades.

Yeah that’s true but not only was the film IP a worse choice, I’m pretty sure it was just their voices, I don’t think they ever physically appeared.

I would also be happy with a ride that’s not the original incarnation but still good, which is realistically what would happen.
