Of course Toad would fit well in the UK pavilion but that's never going to happen. They could have moved him there when he closed at MK but instead they buried him in the Haunted Mansion pet cemetary

An updated Alice from DL with the proper facade could too.Of course Toad would fit well in the UK pavilion but that's never going to happen. They could have moved him there when he closed at MK but instead they buried him in the Haunted Mansion pet cemetary![]()
If only inclusivity had any bearing on the enjoyment of any form of entertainment.
I can offer a personal experience that directly contradicts your claim. When I was a child, long before I had any notion of what inclusivity was, I was beyond excited when Aladdin came out. The fact that the story and its characters represented the Middle East (however fantastically) meant a great deal to me as a kid of Middle Eastern heritage. And even now, despite all my awareness of the more problematic aspects of the film, I feel a special attachment to it.If only inclusivity had an bearing on the enjoyment of any form of entertainment.
It doesn't.
Well, maybe to the section of the population that obsesses over it.
Getting a lot of mileage with that concept art.
For those that care, Splash Mountain is not ridable in the Minecraft DLC released today. It's where you go to get Tianas signature:

There's also the one golden age of Deviant Art piece. That makes 3. (All kidding aside, the swamp on at least looks nice)I don't think any of us expected it to still be the only one released 17 months later, excluding the less concrete impressionist piece.

So do you require representation in order to enjoy something?I can offer a personal experience that directly contradicts your claim. If inclusivity doesn't matter to you, it may well be because the community to which you belong isn't lacking in representation.
To be fair, they aren't burning that one into our retinas constantly like the other one, so :/Forgot about that one, my bad.
They also changed the word "rum" to "gold" in Pirates when Redd is yelling "it's the *gold* they want!".But they included you know what in Peter Pan because of course they did.
Also, why did they keep the old Splash design?! (Unless they don't know what it will for sure look like...)
Wow. That's actually preferable to the current POTC ride dialog. They should change it to that. Have Redd hold a chest of gold. They also changed the word "rum" to "gold" in Pirates when Redd is yelling "it's the *gold* they want!".
It's still in concept phase and I doubt they'd let a Minecraft team have first dibs on it.
Not at all, but feeling represented and included can raise my overall enjoyment levels. So do you require representation in order to enjoy something?
