Zootopia characters confirmed

If it hasn't been a problem for the last 60+ years with every other fur suit characters it's not going to be a problem now. Quick reminder that Judy and Nick are doing greets at DCA just fine.

Except many Furries think this is "their" movie. I've encountered people online who believe that Disney specifically made and marketed this movie with them foremost in mind.

To be fair this was the first Disney movie in over 40 years that featured an entire cast of anthropomorphic animals since Robin Hood.

...Yes I'm aware of the existence of "Chicken Little" but we don't talk about that film.

He really hates the furry fandom but I'm not going into much detail (This is a Disney fansite after all) but I known some friendly and saner ones.

No, I don't hate them. I do, however, have issues with many, as they sometimes have a over-inflated opinion of themselves and their fandom. Many are overly passionate, and I'm suggesting that Disney knows this and is trying to trot out Zootopia characters carefully.

You say that, and then just watch you get stuck in line next to a gaggle of them.
That won't happen for a multitude of reasons (one and most importantly being that no fur costumes for adults are allowed in any of the parks). There is no secret reason disney hasn't implemented them daily for m&g's beyond trying to save on a budget. Whatever theory you have tied to your disdain for those people is irrelevant my dude.

You know they don't wear the suits all the time, right? Like how football fans don't wear the jerseys and the make up 24/7?

The funny thing is then they are just people in a park and me being in the middle of them is no less discernable than being in the middle of some football fans. Again I don't see the issue.

Alright. If you're stuck next to one who doesn't have an internal filter and they start talking at length and in great detail about a particularly saucy fanfic they read, don't come crying to me.

So, with this slow roll out of M&Gs.... anyone know why so slow?

Can they only crank out a new 'fur' suit once every six years?

You would think with their popularity, they would be multiple copies of Inside Out, Baymax, Zootopia in all the parks, domestic and international, including multiple appearances (e.g., at both DHS and Epcot) or a many-room-one-lobby set-up.

They should just be building several mini-pavilions, like Princess Hall, all over the place to cycle through the popular character of the moment rather than makeshift set-ups in abandoned spaces.

Money. TDO just literally doesn't want to add more characters to entertainment budgets unless it's something they seemingly just can't avoid with guests. Remember many of the characters you listed do have/have had greets internationally long before they were even at Epcot. Inside out comes to mind as they were in hong kong, but as for the meet and greet zones no need, spots already exist and believe or not are used quite well internationally and at DL.

Bear in mind Joy and Sadness were the most requested characters and in fact a petition was started before the Epcot rumor came about.
