Le Cellier had a chicken sausage and maple syrup polenta dish that was awesome. i forget whether it was an appetizer or a main course but, it was the most memorable part of a very good meal.

Single best meal in part because of the food and in part because of the experience was Surf & Turf at Rose & Crown during Illuminations. Wow.

Breakfast... it would have to be Ohana. I don't know WHAT was in that food but I have been craving it for over 2 years now... and just might get emotional when they finally place that massive bowl in front of me next month! For dinner... Tutto Italia had a dish, it was like a pasta primavera with fettuccine, lots of veggies and a white cream sauce, I don't believe they have it anymore and I'm devastated!

That seems like a contradiction. Most memorable but you forgot whether it was an app or an entree?! Jees! :p

For me the best single dish was the porterhouse at Yatchsman. However, the best dish I tasted was my fiancee's Filet at Le Cellier. That sucker just melted in your mouth it was so good.

Cinnamon Roll from Main St Bakery gets honorable mention as well.

Ekkk! I found it! Tagliatelle alla Primavera from Tutto... I thought it had vanished but discovered it is on the lunch menu, consider me THERE! :D

A few years ago we visited the Yachtsman Steakhouse and I had the scallop appetizer and the NY Strip. It was just perfection. They still have a scallop appetizer on the menu, but it's different that what I had that night.

My other favorite is the Fried Calamari with Olive Relish at Tony's Town Square. I could eat the olive relish with a spoon it is so delicious.

Until yesterday night it was the traditional ribeye at the Maya Grill but Le Cellier trumped it with another ribeye that was unbelievable. Cooked to perfection. It was a shame about the end of the meal. CMs were rushing around us setting tables for the next day whilst we finished our wine and dessert, it was a little unsettling and put a bit of pressure on us to get out which was a shame.

appetizer: shrimp, tomatoes, feta cheese dish from citricos

main dish: macadamia nut crusted chicken with papaya marmalade, micro greens served with garlic mashed potatoes and sho yu cream sauce.

breakfast: club level at the gf

single item: the goat cheese on the cheese plate at le chefs de france...could make a meal of it any day

I would have to choose 'Ohana at the Polynesian for dinner. We skipped it this last trip in June, and tried Kona instead. And we missed 'Ohana a lot!!!

Like Dave I have a weakness for the short ribs at Les Chefs but I believe the only time I actually asked for a recipe at WDW was at Boma for the Muligitawny soup.

I hate to say this but The "Big Kahuna" and a pot of pressed Kona at the Kona Cafe is a favorite of mine as well.

V&A's doesn't count, I assume - that was spectacular!

Outside of that, I'd have to say it was at The Wave. I honestly can't remember at the moment what everyone had, but I do remember that for a non-signature restaurant, it was remarkably good. Well varied menu, imaginative dishes, and fabulous service!

Best meal overall at a signature restaurant had to be at Narcoosee's two years ago on our wedding anniversary. Left the kids in the room with pizzas and used their sit-down meal tickets for the day! They actually had a great time being on their own at the resort without us nagging them anyway! Booked during fireworks at MK. Staff actually timed our courses so we could enjoy fresh hot food and watch the fireworks outside on the deck, and they did this without being asked. Food and service overall was truly outstanding!

Best "counter service" was definitely at Wolfgang's Express. With meal delivery to your table after ordering, and bussing for the tables, and drink refill service, it was sit-down treatment for counter-service prices.

So many other great meals - but these are the ones that stick out in my mind at the moment!

This one is tough...I think I'll have to pick 5 because not one is superior to the other because they were all so different.
1. Copper River Salmon @ Artist Point because of it's amazingly pure taste.
2. Filet @ Yachtsman because it was not only the best steak ever, but the Yachtsman is just an experience.
3. Potato Wrapped Snapper @ Flying Fish because of it was just good food.
4. Smoky Portabello Soup @ Artist Point because it is a culinary delight.
5. Caramel Corn @ the Karamel Kuche - I understand why people cry when there is no caramel corn ready.
