Your favorite "rest" spot????

I like to kick back, and relax on Main Street, right after Wishes.
No, we hop up on TTA too, its so peacfull up there at night, no pushing, no one bumbing into you, its just nice. They shoud have a margarita bar before you get on...that would top it odd nicely. (with lids of course for that harsh turn that always sends one of my kids back on thier seat)
We also wondered why there isnt more grassy areas you can just go hang out on. I assume its too much wear on the grass, but it would be nice.

I find the quietest place at MK in the line for Stitch's Great Escape :lookaroun

As for Epcot I love the area by the boat launches to the Boardwalk.

At MK, I always go to the TTA, since its the best resting place for me, and I like traveling around on it to see inside Space Mountain. :) Usually, if I am not around it, I would go by a over-the-counter service to grab something to eat and rest at the same time.

At Epcot, SSE is a good place to rest my feet, and plus is one of my most enjoyable rides I been on. Since its less crowded during the late hours, its a good place to end the day sometimes, but I prefer ending my day with a game of Mission: Space Race. (After I ride Mission: Space First :D )

At DHS, I usually stop at Toy Story's Pizza Planet Place to grab a Plate of Pizza and eat, ( Yes I know, I love Pizza :ROFLOL: ) One Man's Dream is a good place too, just watching A film about Walt Disney's life reminds me of how much work he had to do in his life to achieve his dreams that are true today.

AK...really don't have one, I just keep moving around too much :dazzle:

In MK, it's always Aloha Isle. but my family also isn't one that has to stop and rest or relax. We usually use lunch as a way to sit and take a load off our feet. But then we're right back to the walking around. There's just so much too do!!! :D Unless of course it is extremely hot and humid then an inside break is always necessary!~

Right by the exit of BTMR, near the smoking section. There are a few rocking chairs. At nighttime I just love sitting down for a few minutes and taking in the atmosphere. Its right next to a lake, you can hear the howl of the wolf over at the Haunted Mansion, and it is very peaceful and quiet.

I also love going to DTD, shop til I drop at the World of Disney store. Grab an icecream cone from Gihardelli's (sp??), and just sit on one of the benches that face the water listening to the disney songs that they play in that area. Or we all might get an outside table at Gihardelli's and relax that way. Awww, I cannot wait to go and do that!!!!

In the 5 minutes of the day I'm not on my feet or on a ride it's probably:

MK - TTA or Train
Epcot - The steps or fountain in Itay
AK - Flametree BBQ
DS - The tented seats on your way to Tower of Terror
DTD - Sitting by the water

There was a really nice "butterfly garden" near test track (my son used to go on test track over and over again, so my wife and I would sit in the butterfly garden while he went through the single rider line).

Unfortunately last time we were there, they had trimmed it way back and eliminated the landscaping.:(

Hopefully they'll bring it back in some form, but I'm afraid they decided it wasn't worth the effort to keep it going.
