I love having friends who work in security at WDW.

Would anyone like to take a guess as to WHERE in WDW this was taken?

LOL...I'm trying to envision where in WDW that tile is, but I have to admit I've never done a detailed study on "commode variance"...

That's wild. Was this recent?

Oh no, you misunderstood me.

I know exactly where this was taken.

I just wanted to see if anyone here could figure it out LOL :drevil:

And yes, this was taken a few days ago.

Actually, I just got corrected on where that was taken; It was taken in Adventureland LOL

How fitting...trying to drop a deuce in that stall would be quite an Adventure. Apparently, they make sure that even the restrooms match the theme! :D

Any word from Disney corporate on the issue? Seems it could be a minor liability problem for them. From what I understand there are crocs or gators (not sure which) in some of the lagoons on property and within MK, particularly at Splash, but they have never really posed much of a problem.

Is this the first incident of one of the reptiles getting out of the water and into guest areas? I would think this could be a serious insurance issue for Disney if someone were to get hurt. It looks big enough in the picture to grab a small child or infant. Scary to think about...

Unfortunately Disney can't control nature, so sometimes these things happen. This isn't the first time a gator has been in a guest area. Disney, of course, has a policy for handling these situation which was described to me by a manager once.

Big enough. Large enough to have a small young child or baby being dead quick. It all depends on the help from others and the mercy of the gator(which is the location and hold of the bite.) So a larger person may have chance of escape if someone or some people were brave enough to help. Most gator attack survivors end up losing at least one limb. I am horrible at scale through non detailed pictures but judging from the toilet I would say that Gator is about four maybe five feet? It is hard to tell with the tail curved but the head does not seem to be the size of the six pluss footer that was across the street of my house years back.

Pecos Bills? Pirates? I don't know...just guessing here...

All I do know :), is that where my parents live in South Carolina the gators have to be at least 12 feet long before animal control will come to get them out of your yard. We like to call out 'gator' to get the slower members of our family moving. :)

Out of curiosity, could you explain what their policy for this is?

He looks big enough to cause some trouble, though as gators go, he's not that big. He'd certainly cause a mass panic if a guest walked in on him, though.
