You know it is crowded when...

I was pretty ticked one morning going into EC... They had four MickeyCops checking bags until a 5th eventually joined in - while the queue of people piling up behind was getting immense!

Anyway, got in front of TT at 9:15am and I can't remember exactly... But the wait time was at least 55 minutes! And FP return was I believe, two hours later!

ARGH.
What was the entry line like for the people who don't feel the need to haul their entire house into the parks?

Cargo shorts, wallet in 1 pocket, phone in another, sunglasses on, camera in hand. When on rides, eating or in a restroom, camera in another pocket. Total weight, maybe a pound, pound and a half. Even less when I get the wife to put the phone in one of her pockets.

We can cruise right thru the park entrances because we don't feel the need to drag a U-Haul trailer into theme parks. Give it a try.

Well, that's a bit condescending... Whether you have a tiny purse - or the "entire house" - it didn't matter. A bag is a bag is a bag - and it gets checked, period.

FWIW, I only had my small camera bag over my shoulder - and I have gone in without plenty of times, thanks.

And those with kids? Yeah, you try walking into a park with nothing but a pair of sunglasses.

...the Walt Disney Railroad passes by Frontierland due to overcrowding in that section.
...even the tour groups stop chanting and leave.
...you stood inline at the confectionary so long that you memorize the menu, and switch what you want three times from what you origionally wanted to get.
...the 3:00 parade starts at 4:15 due to to many people blocking the path
...breakfast becomes brunch or an afternoon snack results in just ordering Dinner due to not wanting to wait in that line again.

This is why I don't go when everyone is out of school! I know some people have no choice, but still. Honesty, I don't really enjoy Disney with low crowds. I like medium. Call me crazy, but I like to experience the attractions with other people. It's like going to the movies when you're the only one in the thearter. Might as well just have waited for the Blu-ray. I dunno. I'm weird. :P

You can hand the TDO Execs hands rubbing together and them screaming "Cha Ching" everytime the turnstiles move (or RFID Mickey ears spin.)

This happened to me on Saturday...
You spend an hour looking for your kids stroller as CMs moved it two or 3 times and eventually find it in a completely different stroller parking area. In fairness we bring the stroller for when the kids get tired. I park it for hours and go back at the end of the day or until one or both start complaining.

-A drive from DTD to DAK requires more than one gas fill-up.
-You miss the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. And even He cannot get a FastPass for TSMM.
-Over half of the items in Innoventions are considered antiques by the time you make it out of the park.
-A 5th & 6th gate have been added since you began your wait for Dumbo.
-Your newborn baby will be tall enough to ride Space Mtn once you make it to the loading platform.
-The Yeti now runs a website which mocks tourists' lack of movement in the EE queue.
-Exiting MK after Wishes involves you alerting your next of kin back home.

The line for It's a Small World goes outside the building and more than half the people waiting in line are adults without children.

Did you absolutely have to have that camera bag? Couldn't live without it for just a single day? What would the line have been like if you just had the camera?

None of our kids went anywhere near WDW until they were out of strollers. And we didn't haul piles of stuff with us to keep the little darlings "supplied". The parks sell everything needed. Food, drink and souvies. Buy the food, buy the drink and send the souvies back to the resort. We were "hands-free" even when the kids were little. Didn't even have cell phones back then. The "walking wallet" as the kids called me were all that was needed. On our last trip KId No. 3 went with us. His mother and I cruised thru the park admission gates as usual while he had to get in a line to have his bag examined. That was the one and only day the bag got a day in the parks. After that he was "hands-free" too. 26 years old and still learning stuff from the parents.
