Yeti indeed in new position on EE

Won't matter if they block the yeti anyway, he's slumped over so bad and its so dark he might as well not be there.

I know but I just dont want EE itself closed on my trip. Out of the couple hundred coasters I've ridden, its my favorite.

I heard that Glendale is trying to add some movement back to the Yeti. Not exactly the animations seen at opening, but also not strobes with fans. No timetable as it's being done after park close to not interfere with operations.

That's encouraging news. Hopefully it's just a small step to getting him back to full motion. Thanks for the report, hope it turns out to be true.

Why do they keep moving him to similarly craptastic positions instead of just fixing him once and for all? I heard it's tearing itself away form the wall it's anchored to..looks like they created a monster:lol:

Gosh. One of Disney's most heartbreaking moments. The freaking Yeti. It one of my favorite attractions on property (only Haunted Mansion beats it IMO). I still can't believe they haven't fixed it. In-fact, I am shocked! I seriously sit around and think about how bad this is. :fork:
