Well, I'll admit to being surprised by this, and I didn't think anything could surprise me in the modern sports scene.

This guy was like Jesus to people in Boston. He absolutely defined the soul of that team the last few years. This would be like Mickey Mantle playing for the Red Sox.

I know that loyalty in sports is a myth anymore, but this one definitely has caught me off-guard.

Nobody should be paid more than $1 million, its obscene.
