YAHOO! Hoop De Doo!

I've been to the Hoop De Doo at least 20 times. The ribs served in the 80's to early 90's was the best I have ever had because of the sauce they were served in. I got the recipe in my book 'Cooking with Mickey Around The World' and still use it to this day.
While the show is the same to me and has gotten a little old; it's still a great time for families.

After going to WDW for 18 years, I finally gave Hoop-De-Doo a shot two weeks ago.
What a blast!!! Can't believe I waited so long.
My wife, who really wasn't looking forward to it, now thinks it's one of her favorite things in the World. She said we should go every trip.
While I doubt that will happen, I'm sure we'll go back every few years.

We made an evening of it. Took a bus to the Wilderness lodge, had cocktails in the Territory lounge and then made the absolutely beautiful 25 minute walk over to Fort Wilderness. That is one gorgeous trek.

Anybody whose on the fence concerning HDDR, go for it!!! It's pure Disney!!!:wave:

I have never seen my kids laugh so hard. Worth the price for that alone.

Big, dumb, fun. And decent food.

Love the boat ride over to Fort Wilderness . . . remember it's not
always the destination, it's the journey.

Love it, great fun for us; don't go every visit but we are repeat attendees. (5 or 6 times I think)
