Big girl things that MJ has done this week:

Let me give her a bath (even though she didn't like it)

Let me brush her teeth

Today she helped me cook tuna casserole

learned to sign *chimes* (think BatB Mom)

she helped my get her ready for bed by getting a diaper and getting her formula and bag, shaking her benecal, helped measure her benefiber, helped pul the clamp on her bag to stop the flow, shook her formula, helped pour it

Was interested in how her formula and benecal tasted and took a bit on her finger to try (for the record it's icky)

wanted to come with me when I tinkled and did a great job walking with her IV pole and not getting tangled up

got her first loose tooth

learned to pin trade politely

Big week for my little girl :)

Hi Bonny and whoever else is around.
I told you that would happen with MJ. It's like something clicks in their little heads, and suddenly they're accomplishing things they never would have a week ago. It's really fascinating! She's probably got a few more surprises for you up her sleeve for the coming weeks!

Dot - I feel the same way. It's like coming home to friends and family when I log on here. Who'd have thought that we would all find people so much like ourselves out in cyberspace?

Okay, there is a new reality show on A&E that is fascinating, it is called God or the Girl and is about 4 young men's decisions with whether to enter the priesthood, it is really interesting.
