Perhaps they will just take the advantage of the former VOID attraction that starred them and called it a day..
I am a fan of Wreck it Ralph, so I wouldn’t mind this…depending on what they are doing.
Stitch was worse than an empty building.Even if it were lousy, would that be worse than a building sitting empty?

Guest satisfaction with Magic Kingdom was higher with it closed.I didn't particularly care for Stitch but that's silly. Even if a bunch of guests didn't do (or like) the ride, for those who did it added that extra thing to do and increased capacity for the park overall. It also was a unique attraction/experience for WDW so it's not like it was superfluous because it was similar to something else.
I’ll leave this here.
Wouldn’t be the first time with Buzz and MIB.There's a rumor that Uni is pretty far in developing a Harry Potter "ride the broomstick" attraction with this tech. Would be funny if Disney and Uni built rides using the same tech at the same time...
I'd take 20 years of abandonment on the north side of the Tomorrowland boulevard for that. When can we export Monster's Inc Laugh Floor to DHS and gut Buzz so we can have a solid dark ride in that space?
The available space was looked at in the previous thread on the topicThe building itself is indeed small though could fit a Fantasyland style small scale dark ride (others can point out how the dimensions compare to stuff like the old SWSA building). The space could be made larger if they combined it with the adjacent store or food places but it’s not like Disney to remove revenue generating spots.
That said, I think the previous plans were about using the established theaters for a WIR attraction using VR or such.

Pardon the crudeness - I`ve been having new PC migration issues but here`s a size comparison someone asked about. Not taking into account structural issues like support beams and the like.

It’s a nice thought, but Disney won’t do it because money. I love Universal Orlando, butstill not a threat to WDW.I'm also thinking Disney might decide to try to beat Universal to the VR experience by opening this before the Harry Potter one if that one is going forward
Yes, Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters replaced the CircleVision theaters at Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. So it is somewhat similar to MILF in size. Wasn’t the equivalent of MILF used for Buzz in DL?
