Andrae Rivas, the 2006 Disneyland Resort Ambassador, presented Emmalee with a giant golden key and a lifetime pass to all 11 Disney Parks around the world.... As an added surprise, the entire family of 10 (Emmalee, her mom and dad, Mike and Michele, five sisters, one brother, plus a baby on the way) also received lifetime passes to Disney Parks worldwide.
*faints*

I actually am very good friends with the 1 billionth guest and family (well, technically her daughter and I are very good friends). Now they can have a playmate! Still wish it could have been me, though.

WOW! What wonderful luck for that little girl and her family! I am very happy for them. Imagine......a lifetime of FREE Disney memories ..... well, at least the entrance is free.

Wow, what a lucky person.

I can only dream that would ever happen to me. It would be so perfect. That is just a dream come true, and I would be so happy. I wouldn't even mind if I tragically died riding the Matterhorn with Mickey.

It's really cool that ALL the family members get the lifetime 11-park passes, even the baby on the way! What a family to be born into!

That's awesome!!!

So if that was at DL, what number is WDW up to?? Have they made it to a billion yet?? I think that would be so cool!!

That pass would save me about $25,000 on APs...that is if I make it to 80, Which seems to be more and more unlikely with the amount of times with my habit of riding Mission:Space.

It's rigged... anybody else find it odd that a family of 11 received APs to all 11 parks? Hmm... it's rigged... I don't believe it...

Ok, it said "in Disney parks worldwide" right? Here's what I want to know. How in the HECK do they track it that closely? I mean, I find it hard to believe that ALL of the Disney turnstiles in the world are tied together. So, how do they know the 2 billionth guest wasn't in WDW, or another park? And in one park alone, there is someone passing through nearly every turnstile at any given moment. Talk about a photo finish!

Just wondering how they do that.

They extrapolate their data, pick a day that's extremely close to when the real anticipated 2 billionth guest will visit (and which is convenient for the bigwigs and the press), then "randomly" select a little child waiting in line that day with her preferably large family (and with preferably cute looks to ensure a worthwhile photo-op) to surprise with the gifts and the distinction...

:lookaroun

(I'm just guessing...)
