Would you support HSM 3 if Vanessa Hudgens is not in it?

What I want to know is, how many other guys saved the picture to their hard drive?

Getting back to the original topic, it's being reported that many of Vanessa's fans are showing huge support for her, especially on her official MySpace page. I think there would be an uprising if Disney doesn't sign her to the film.

But do you think Disney would turn there backs on her if there were more pics that were leaked out?

I think if this shows a pattern and she is unwilling to learn (she is probably learning a very hard lesson about trusting people right now) from this then they probably would cut ties. A pattern of this behavior could be a problem for Disney and probably a good thing (as sad as that sounds) for her career. I just hate to judge people and label them when they make a mistake or an error in judgment. While past photos would be bad; new photos, after this came to light and she apologized, would indicate she is not changing her behavior.

What if the rumors are true that these weren't the first photos taken and others (though taken before this incident) were released. Would Disney still stick by her?

People Magazine reported this weekend that Vanessa Hudgens sent photos to Drake Bell of Nick's "Drake and Josh" over a year ago when she made an appearance on the show :

http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20055444,00.html

What I find interesting is that Bell and Hudgens have the same publicist, Jill Fritzo so when Drake Bell says "I have never seen these pictures," this could very well be false.

To my understanding, if the issue remains at its current state with only one batch of photos leaked, Hudgens will be scolded by Disney and remain in contract negotiations for HSM 3 and beyond at a slightly lower salary as a "punishment" for her actions. But, if these Drake Bell photos are real and somehow get leaked.....Adios Baby V!

I've heard different versions of this same story. One had Drake himself saying he didn't recieve them. One had his publicist denying it for him. One had Jill Fritzo being named as Vanessa's publicist, and not Drake's. This is the first time I've heard that Fritzo works with both Bell and Hudgens. So yes, there is the possibility of Fritzo covering everything up, but I think that Fritzo's account of Drake not recieving them is true. However, I heard the National Enquirer mentions specific details about their photos that did not match up with the current photos. Ergo, there might be others. I hope for her sake that there aren't, otherwise, I can see Disney turning on her. What do you all think?

I think its time to let it go. You are quoting the National Enquirer! Thats not exactly a respected news medium...its a supermarket tabloid that has been sued (and lost) many times by celebrities for printing lies.

The facts remain... she took the pictures, she sent them and they have been published. She has apologized, Disney (her employer) has accepted that and everyone has said they are ready to move on. I think the needed lessons have been learned. I've seen all the photos...partially clothed, nude (censored and uncensored) and to be honest they look exactly like they are...a teenager posing. To be truthful, I've seen worse by bigger stars.

True, the National Enquirer isn't reliable. But then again, the photos did exist in the first place.

I think as long as there are not new photos, she'll be okay and this news will die down in another week, especially since Hollywood's focus is turing to other stuff, like Emmy nominations, and everything that happened at the MTV Video Music Awards.

I heard she is scheduled to appear on Jay Leno's show, so she'll probably debunk all the rumors there, so we can move on.

It's morally wrong by your standards. You have the right to your opinion, but keep in mind that others may not agree with you.

Now if I were a parent, of course I wouldn't want my kids to see it. However, if they did, I wouldn't get ed at her for doing it, with the context it's in. Now, if it was a Lindsey Lohan-esqe photo, then I would be mad at her, but it was an innocent photo intended for her boyfriend only.

I don't want to get people mad at me and offend anyone, but I once again have to comment. It was for her boyfriend is no excuse. Is she still with this boyfriend? Did she plan on marrying this boyfriend? It's wrong morrally by any standards, and you all know this. It should not have been done, and America's cultural is going looney! I believe that the culture does influence kids, in fact, I know it does. I'm in high school, and I know there are kids who look up to Britney Spears, Vanessa Hudgens, Lindsey Lohan. I know that kids hear about drugs, ______, violence from the media, and at some point, it has to stop.

So it is morally wrong for her to take a private picture, but it is not morally wrong to lie about said picture in order to save her gig?

Criminal for what? She took a private picture. The criminal is most likely the person that stole the picture and published it.

That comment was a little hypocritical, and I'm sorry. I do applaude her for telling the truth, which as Raffiki says in the Lion King, can hurt. I used criminal lightly, and shouldn't have, still in all, 50-60 years ago this would've been considered completly wrong. Back in the day, you got in trouble for saying bad words or swivling your hips:animwink: . Now it's become part of everyday life. Kids are telling telling teachers F-You in class. In my opinion, it's pathetic how far we've come, and somewhere needs to stop.

Once again, In no way do I want to start an argument. Just posting my opinon...

I agree, it is not an excuse. I guess I see mistakes like this in degrees and I see a lot of people condemning her for "moral" wrongs. However, I also see this as a serious, but overall minor indiscretion and I would hope that her parents and family would take the necessary steps to curb this behavior. I do believe it is a warning sign that she could be heading down the Lindsay/Britney road. I think (I know) kids her age make mistakes and need to learn from them. I also know that expecting an 18 year old to be a moral compass for kids is extremely unreasonable. She is still trying to figure life out herself and there is a LOT more pressure on her because there is such a spotlight on her.
If she learns from this then maybe a lot of kids can look at her and say; "She made a mistake, she owned up to it and learned from it."
By the way, I can absolutely believe an 18 year old would be convinced that their current love is the one and only forever and ever. It is the naiveté of youth and probably has been shattered at this point. A hard lesson we all learn.

That comment was a little hypocritical, and I'm sorry. I do applaude her for telling the truth, which as Raffiki says in the Lion King, can hurt.
No worries. I see that you mentioned you are in HS. Very impressive statement for someone in HS.

IMHO it is still wrong. 18 is too young. Hopefully she learned and grows from this mistake. I also think the "good old days" weren't really as good as we think they were.

By the way, pretty cool for a HS student to have an Elvis avatar!

Once again, In no way do I want to start an argument. Just posting my opinon...

No arguement. A very good discussion.

I guess we can agree to disagree. Now, don't take that as me supporting underage ______, cause I believe in waiting as most other people do(My girlfriend and I have been going out almost 4 years and have yet to do "it"). I just don't see what Hudgens did as being as serious as you do.

sorry bub, but its NOT, repeat N-O-T morally wrong by my standards as she is an adult.

kids who "look up" to someone because they are a singer, an actress or a talentless do nothing rich girl(hilton) do so out of their own stupidity.

you want to look up to someone, pick a parent, teacher, fireman, cop, military vet, etc. people who actually do something not for fame or money.

I think Vanessa will benefit from the timing of this situation, because the media has quickly moved on to such things as Britney Spears. They might slowly forget about this incident.

I really do feel bad for her. Some are saying that these photos were supposed to be private, only for her, and were not necessarily meant for a boyfriend.

It'll be interesting what she has to say about everything on Jay Leno.

Yeah because I often times take nude photos of myself, you know just so I can have them lying around the house in case I ever need them.

I don't buy that. I am sure they were for someone's viewing pleasure, but it's really none of our business and if I liked her as an actress this would not effect how I felt about her. I still don't understand why we all need to make celebrities personal lives our business.

I would've agreed with you about 5 minutes ago on this statement, but thinking about it, I don't think it's stupidity, but naiveté. I know kids who say, "Ooh. I wish I could be like Paris Hilton." Or whoever, but that doesn't mean they're stupid. I agree that we should probably look up to a firefighter, or a police oficer, or a teacher. But then again, I look up to Elvis Presley...:hammer:

Shere Khan, For a minute there, I almost thought you were serious!! I think you're right though. It has to do with whether you like the person as an actor, singer, or just person. I know Elvis took the medications, but I still think he's just freakin' Awesome! I suppose some people would say he's a bad role model because of it, but I've read about Elvis as a person, and because of that, I guess in a way, I feel I've gotten to know him, if that makes sense...
