At the bottom of each post is the phrase "report this post to the moderator." PLEASE let Steve know about any bad language, or heated discussions that you feel might be crossing the line! There have been instances where someone did start posting that sort of thing, and the members on board did all they could to minimize damage until Steve could fix it.
That being said, this is an adult board. Knowing that children might be stopping by, we do try to keep it "clean", but sometimes things slip through the cracks. Also, as I've mentioned before, there are different attitudes towards different words. The younger folks use a few words that make me cringe....but they don't regard them in the same light as I. I would hate to see the forum so "sanitized" that it becomes boring.
