Doing an all adult trip and would like to check out new places to sit down and have a drink. What are your recommendations?

You can go to the bar at California Grill without a reservation and not only have a cocktail but order dinner if you don't mind eating at the bar or lounge area.
Is abracadabar worth a trip to?

I spend a lot of time in the Rose & Crown bar. No stools at the bar, but an always interesting, always changing flow of folks.

Not really.
I would recommend the Polite Pig Bourbon Bar and Jock Lindsey's Hanger Bar, both at Disney Springs.

if your focus is trying new places, it's not a bad spot, but I don't normally make it part of my plans.
I second nearly everything posted above, but i'm at a loss for great epcot resort area bars. I really like bluezoo at Dolphin for beverage quality (and their crab nachos), but sometimes the vibe there can really suck if its full of corporate yuppies from a conference.
I guess with Epcot nearby they just expect you to the park instead. MK's resort area has a lot of gems already mentioned here. But i'd add Territory lounge to that list for sure. It's not new, but Territory Lounge is to drink quality as Geyser Point is to ambiance.

I'd always recommend Jellyrolls, and if you're into craft beer, Big River isn't bad. There still isn't anything on the level of Trader Sams though.

No one's mentioned the Crew's Cup Lounge at Yacht Club. Very chill place to have a beer with your boss when he's feeling generous....
DH and I used to go to Bongo's at Disney Springs before the kids. Sometimes good music, and we are very fond of mojitos.

I enjoy going out and prefer to dine at bars and lounges when in WDW since I like to fly by the seat of my pants rather than make ADR's.
