As I am currently standing at the Magic Kingdom bus depot waiting to catch a bus back to the resort, my friends and I began to discuss how awkward and terrible it would be to propose to your significant other at the bus stop. This made me think it might be a fun thread to think of the worst places to propose at WDW

Awww... that's how I was proposed to and it was lovely!

I'm sure it was, just not a lot of planning involved is what I am saying. I like to plan and go for the big surprise. If Colleen was wondering if I was going to propose to her at any given time...being in front of The Castle would have her and anyone else thinking that they might get proposed too suspecting it. So if surprise is what you're going for that is probably the last place in all of Disney World that 99% of people would truly be surprised getting asked to be married too at.

But here is the thing it is so obvious it is genius....i mean before my Ex turned crazy and i broke up with her i was going to propose to her in front of the Castle because it was so obvious that she would of thought i would find someplace unique...sometimes being obvious is better than being unique

That's some "interesting" logic, but it really just sounds to me like a justification for proposing in an unoriginal manner.

I'd agree with in front of the Castle as a bad pick. CRT is probably #2 for bad picks. If you want the Castle nearby, maybe go for the Wishing Well?

In front of the Hat? :lookaroun

While on the Tomorrowland Speedway

While eating a Turkey Leg. Although I do love the Turkey Legs, it wouldn't be a pretty sight. :D
