For me it would be when Test Track went down 7-8 times in the span of about 4 hours.
The ride has literally broke down the last 3 times I have gotten on, it’s pretty ridiculous. 1 time it took about 20 minutes to get going again, other 2 times evacuated. It’s starting to deteriorate again, but hopefully it never gets that bad again.
Sounds like bad luck, as I go on it about once a week and I almost never get stuck on SM. I was talking more about show quality. The ride has literally broke down the last 3 times I have gotten on, it’s pretty ridiculous. 1 time it took about 20 minutes to get going again, other 2 times evacuated.
The entirety of Splash Mountain in 2012 where pretty much every single thing wasn’t working.
Thread from the time:
Splash Mountain falling apart (literally?)
I was at MK on Nov. 9th with a CM friend and was told that splash has been breaking down regularly lately. I was also told it was shut down because a chunk of the mountain itself had fallen in the flume (ala Tree of Life). When I rode splash, I found large canvas tarps covering the loading area...forums.wdwmagic.com
it was the first thread I participated in on here and it’s how I discovered the site. I was searching google if anyone else was noticing Splash Mountain go down the proverbial drain. Turns out a lot of people were noticing.
video I took when it was at its worst:
just by far the absolute worst condition I have ever seen any Disney attraction. The January-March 2013 refurb saved it. Made it almost look brand new. I was so happy. It’s starting to deteriorate again, but hopefully it never gets that bad again.
I believe it has to do with this:In the thread you linked people were talking about the Tree of Life falling apart. What was that all about?
Back in 2012, branches snapped and fell in to guest areas. In the thread you linked people were talking about the Tree of Life falling apart. What was that all about?
2012 was not a good year for WDW. From personal experience, by far the worst things ever were. I complain a lot on here, but truth is that things have gotten a lot better since then.Back in 2012, branches snapped and fell in to guest areas.

What I was going to say.Skyliner. Over 3 hours!
Wait.... I thought that wasn't an attraction. So hard to keep up!Skyliner. Over 3 hours!
So an average day by Test Track standards? For me it would be when Test Track went down 7-8 times in the span of about 4 hours.
i had that happen in 2012...im still not right....Our worst was getting a stoppage on IASW, where we sat for over 45 min listening to "that song" over and over and over again. I didnt want to go on the ride but only did it to keep DW company. After these several years she still owes me big time.
Skyliner. Over 3 hours!
Um, as others said, that isn’t an attraction. It’s transportation. What I was going to say.
