With AK being our favorite park, we see this show almost every time we go and yes it is a hidden gem in our eyes. We enjoy all the AK shows as well as the 2 animal trails/treks.

As some have stated here... they didn't even know about this show. I wonder how much else they miss because have it in their head that AK is a 1/2 day park. :p

This is the most underrated show in all of Walt Disney World. People often regard this as your standard bird show that you'd find at any zoo, but outside of the "dollar trick" it's anything bet. Guano Joe makes the show lighthearted, and the animals are amazing.

COMPLETELY agree.

We saw the show for the first time on our last trip ( August ). I got a picture of the condor. As a "baby", it still has more to grow.

We all enjoyed the show.

I tried going to this in May but we got there late on 2 different days for the last show of the day. Hopefully we can see it next month on our trip.

Agreeing with you on this! It's a beautiful, moving show.

We didn't see the Seriema the last time we went. For those that know the show, it's the bird who's natural behavior is to slam it's prey against a rock.

Does anyone know if it just happend to not be in the show for that day?

The Condors of California, earlier one of the most wide-spread terrestrial species in the whole the North America continent among birds of prey, is on the verge of extinction these days . The decrement of their number, specially in 1990s, is a sorrowful consequence because of lots of things .

The Andean Condor is NOT the world's largest flying bird. It's the world's largest flying LAND bird. The Wandering Albatross has a wingspan of up to 11.5 feet. Several other species of Great Albatross also reach above 11 feet. The largest Andean Condors reach 10.5 feet, making them the largest flying LAND bird, but not the largest flying bird.
