The stars are shining bright this morning! Very beautiful!

I was able to catch 15 minutes of meditation on the back deck and a 70 minute practice. Looking forward to a liquid day today. I vita mixed everything yesterday because I am in the run today. Johnboy has his breakfast and lunch pa led for him and I have left over grilled chicken to toss in a salad for him. He won't be happy but if he is hungry he will eat. Lol

Good morning everyone!! @figmentfan423 are you down here in NC cause we have the same weather!!:cool: It is a glorious morning!!
I think I will go out and do my 4 mile walk while it's cool!! The DH has to mow after work and will walk his miles pushing a lawn mower! :D
PT still going well! I used two pound weights yesterday for the first time. A little tender in the muscles LOL.
Breakfast was whole grains cereal with nonfat Greek yogurt and dried cherries. I will fix a cup of hibiscus tea when I get back from walking. Read where four cups a day for six weeks lowers high blood pressure! Can't hurt any;)
Lunch is leftover chicken from dinner cut into a salad. Dinner is grilled veggie pasta salad.
Everyone have a magical day!! :cat: And we shall keep on dancin' with @real mad hatter !! :)

Quiet day at the Ferret Ranch today as DW will be working till late so no chane to go for a mosey as the light will be gone.Do have a nice stir fry and sausages planned for ce'soir.Followed by a yoghurt.Yeah i know we are wayyyyy too rock and roll :devilish:.Oh an maybe just maybe might sneak in an iced cawfee.. Bought a few new blends yesterday including one called Hot Lava Java (might keep that one for sunday morning though)

I'm going to try and get some of the hibiscus tea for my dh. He has a blood pressure issue. Not really bad no meds, but it does require watching.
I hope this helps us! The article says to steep 2 bags of the tea in 1 cup hot coconut water for 5 mts then cool. Add 2 ounces of sparkling water and pour over ice. I am mixing it up by doing the iced version and then just making a cup of it hot with plain water the next time. You are supposed to drink four cups a day for six weeks. Says it is comparable to taking the bp meds!
