not going to lie yes. It's different for everyone and each one hurts different. So far the back was my worst one but my DW said she could have fallen asleep when she had hers done in that place. The Elbow picked a little yesterday but it wasn't as bad as i was expecting
Oohhh..:arghh:...Not in the Elbow..I hate needles...It wasn't until I was in my 30's that I decided to get my left ear pierced..:arghh:...Ouch..I used to have the Minotaur Cretan axe hanging from my lug,but people kept on thinking I was a pirate..Now it's a Sapphire in a small gold hoop ( our wedding month stone,September ) ..;)

The weatherman lied again!!!!!!!!!! LOL I got out and did 2 1/2 miles so far between the down pours. Time for my cleansing drink. Spinach, cucumber, celery, lemon, garlic and ginger. Salad for lunch, leftover stir fry for dinner and banana berry ice cream for desert. I'm hoping it clears later so I can get in another stroll later. I don't know how much longer the weather is going to hold up to walk in sandals. I love walking in them as that always reminds me of walking at Disney:happy::happy::happy::happy:

Good Morning Magic Friends! @ figmentfan423 , the Holiday was wonderful. Spent some real quality time with Johnboy! We enjoy the weekend in Pennsylvania and left early Monday to hit the Outlets and the Pocono Candle Company. Great time was had by all. My dear friend just finished her 200 yoga certification so I was glad to have her practice teaching me all weekend long..lol

This morning I was able to get in 30 minutes of Meditation and 60 minutes of vinyassa flow. Tonight I get to attend one of my favorite teachers classes.
I am keeping it raw today and drinking lots of water! We had a few cocktails this weekend, I want to flush the system.

@MR FERRET and @real mad hatter I got one tattoo last year, a tiny om symbol, on the inside of my ankle. I contemplated another on the other ankle, I would have liked a Tink! But, this little was so close to the bone, it hurt. Call me a sissy but, it cured me from any others.om.JPG

GOOD MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sitting here with my ginger green tea and enjoying a wonderful but crisp morning, not a cloud in sight. I did JM's Ripped in 30 and followed that up with some yoga to calm my mind afterwards. As usual I'm heading out for my walk when the sun comes up. Hopefully the sun will stay out and I'll get 2 laps done around my lake before I get too busy. I'm making one of my boy's (including dh) favorite breakfasts today! Old fashioned oats, mixed berries, apple cinnamon, raisins, stevia, ground flax seed, sunflower seeds and almond milk. Sadly no oats for me:( (gluten) But no worries as I am having a rather nice salad for breakfast romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, blueberries with an orange ginger dressing. I'll be having a smoothie for lunch and stir frying up dinner. Have a most wonderful day and keep moving forward!
