Good morning!! It's a very busy morning already here on top of my mountain. I did 5 miles with boosters (used a little heavier weight for @93boomer) and I did another pre=set yoga practice (really thinking about buying this one) My little guy is back from his week at grandma's. I really missed him. He's quite the little gardener (Behind the Seeds was worth every penny) so he went down to help grandma with her garden. (he's also quite the little suck up or helper depending on the day) My mil had hip replacement in the spring so she still needs a little help now and then. Like I said busy day!!! I'm going out to walk with the sun, and when I get back I have tons to do around the house. Starting with cooking. Today I'm making falafel, salad (green beans, cukes ,tomatoes, yellow squash and what ever else is ready to pick) with romaine and arugala, couscous, tabouli, and hummus. My dog needs a bath:rolleyes::eek::mad::arghh:. My puppy's a sweetie but you'd think she's part cat when the water comes on. I'm going to find some time to slow down today if it kills me. LOL I want to do some twisting and detoxing. I always feel better after one of those practices. I'm hoping all of you have a magical holiday weekend, and for those on the other side of the pond, tough luck too bad, you gotta work Monday! LOL Take care and be safe xoxo
You Joisey girls are so behind the times... Holiday weekend was last weekend for us in the "old world"

Just came in from a leisurely stroll. Was just not up to a spirited sprint after another sleepless night. Gotta do something to let my mind slow down on the overbearing negative thoughts and worrying about the future. Will be lounging by the pool at BLT in a couple of weeks and that is always a place where cares seems to melt away, if only for a week. Hope everyone has a wonderful, safe holiday weekend.

Ciao Bella(o)'s!
I can't believe the time! This day is escaping me! I was up super early and had a wonderful 30 minute meditation and 75 minutes of vinyassa flow. I am all ready for our nice long weekend. I am not teaching any classes this weekend (YAY ME!!) so it's, off to PA to visit with some great friends we don't get to see much! I prepared a ton of fresh veggies, and veggie and carnivore taco meat with all the fixins! When I get home I will whip up my vegan/gluten free macaroni kale pie and we will be on the road early in the am.

Sure! When I wasn't vegan I made this with cheese and eggs. It definately tastes different from the old days but, it is still a great treat!
1/2 lb of gluten free spagetti (cooked and cooled al dente)
1 package of Kale (cleaned and blanched by the water the pasta was cooked in)
1 and 1/2 pouch of Trader Joe's Vegan Mozzerella
1 medium deli container of pitted olives (your choice, I use blacked cured or greek)
1 Healthly hand full of Sundried tomato chopped (I don't drain the oil, it's adds flavor)
1/2 cup of toasted pine nuts
Your choice of egg substitue =ing 10 eggs
1/2 tea of salt (optional)
1/2 tea of garlic powder
1/2 tea of black pepper
1 tea of red pepper flakes (optional)
Mix it all together in a fry pan greased with coconut oil cooking spray
Place in the overn at 400 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

This is really better served cold and when it has sat in the frig for at least a day.
You can certainly tweek this and make it your own. We used to call it garbage pie...lol

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!! I have most of the fixings, except my tomatoes don't have oil as I dried my own this year! Just have to grab some vegan mozzarella. xoxo

Good morning fellow dis nuts. Another busy day. Just going to take it easy today. Some twisting and detox, followed by feeding my army and then shopping. I'll probably be out most of the day (note to self pack some healthy food) James needs sneakers for school, I still haven't found jeans I like. I wore one brand and style for years loved those jeans!!!!!!! The only problem is now I can't find them in my size. I know I shouldn't complain, but I really liked them!!!!! After looking for clothes then we're heading off to the library followed by food shopping. I'm hoping today finds you all well and happy. xoxo

Good morning and a glorious morning it is. I survived yesterday using only a minimum of bad words. Have I mentioned how much I hate jean shopping. Well I finally found a pair that's both comfy and fits where it should. The only problem is the store only had one pair in my size:mad::rolleyes::eek::banghead::bawling: The good news is they can be ordered on line. It's still warm enough for shorts or skirts and I have sweats for walking if needed so no rush. Seeing it's the holiday and I've got lots to do around the house Just some stretching and detoxing and I'm either going walking or swimming later. xoxo
