Good morning!!!!!!!!!! Time to rise and shine for those of us on the east coast! @real mad hatter hope your aches are better today! I'm feeling very calm yet energized this damp am. Yoga for me today, time to open up my old stiff joints. So Yoga for young bodies and Yin and Yang yoga. I'm hoping to get out and walk today but that will depend on the rain:mad: My garden could actually use a bit more so........ I'll live with it. Just getting ready to have my tea. Still debating what to have for breakfast. I was going to have a smoothie but now thinking about a zucchini pancake. Thanks to @real mad hatter and @MR FERRET I still can't decide.:oops::banghead::eek: At least I know lunch will be a nice salad with an orange spice dressing and dinner will be eggplant (cooked with tomato, onion, garlic and my secret blend of spices) served over brown rice and sprinkled with nutritional yeast. Here's hoping for a great day for all and better weather for @93boomer and @epcotisbest . ps remember to eat your squash today! LOL

Good Morning America how are ya.?..Well I had my fruit & fibre cereal for brekkie with a glass of cranberry juice to knock back my medication pills:oops: Our weather is kinda overcast but it won't stop me doing my walk later,as the forecast tonight is heavy rain during the night.Anyway dinner tonight is a healthy Steak Bridie with baked beans and homemade chips ( oops fries ) and vanilla cream brûlée for my sweet..My next door neighbour has noticed us doing a lot of walking and he is going to do a 5 mile today,as he done a 3 mile yesterday.This WOFD is getting contagious :joyfull:
