It is a wrist one, but I think it must pick up something because the steps increase...how accurate it is, I don't know. But of all the functions, the time is the one I use least anyway...I know how much I'm moving, so I don't really need it to tell me that. It was just kind of like . Where did it come up with that number?Where do you wear your cracker? If it is a wrist one, it might not pick up your cycling.
Good luck with the next batch!!Here is what I left out, because I know I write too much. LOL I have 2 of each sheet. I double up because I was having issues with over browning on the bottoms, regardless of which rack I put them on. I did that with the new sheet, next time I am just going to put them on that sheet without another one underneath. My husband saw them at Costco and bought them for me, since he knows I like to bake. I am making another batch to bring with me when I meet @Tiggerish next weekend for our cruise. Maybe that will be the batch where they all come out perfectly. LOL
We bought this house last year and they were already installed. We've found lots of haphazard repairs since we've moved in. It's a bit frustrating.
Maybe they don't have the basic ones here, I don't know. I've only ever seen them at this one cooking store and the cheapest one was like 140 euros. I know the one I registered for for our wedding in the US was only like $40. THAT, I could justify. I haven't looked for a while though...maybe they're more common now. A lot of American stuff is finding its way over here. When I moved over here, you couldn't get Halloween stuff to save your live...nor Valentines Day...now it's all over the place. Cheesecake, brownies, cupcakes...all new crazes here. (though my homemade ones are MUCH better) Cake pops were pretty popular for a while, but they called them Pop Cakes. I guess I should look again.I think they make crock pots with dual voltage now. But you might need a converter or a transformer. I bought a lot of appliances when we lived in London and I use them now with adapter and transformer. I wonder why they are so expensive over there, they are pretty low tech as far as kitchen appliances go. It's just a pot with a basic heating element. I know you can buy fancier ones, but the basic one is great.
Yikes! I'm going to Dublin next weekend with some Harry Potter friends and I made them all friendship bracelets in their house colors. I also made snitch earrings a LONG time ago, but most of them can't wear non-gold so they can't wear them. I also just experimented with Disney themed jewelry.Hello-
Today was a walk and kettle bell workout. I might be sore tomorrow.
I am going on a cruise with a group of friends next week and we give each other little gifts. I made yuzu-sented, aquamarine ombre soap. Obviously, I did not think this through, because I had to make 6 pounds of it. That is a large chunk of baggage allowance. So, I thought I would be clever and ship it down to BLT, where I am staying pre-cruise. It was $30 to ship it. Next year, I am going back to candy for gifts. Geeze Louise.
I wonder if you may have better luck in Germany or France?Maybe they don't have the basic ones here, I don't know. Yeah, they are...I get a packet of advertisements every week where they show what's on sale in each store. But I've never seen a crock pot in any of them.Just curious--things are always going on "sale" price over here (including crock pots). Are sales not that common in European stores?
BOO!!!! Is there a store in Germany you can order from, maybe keep an eye on their site for salesYeah, they are...I get a packet of advertisements every week where they show what's on sale in each store. But I've never seen a crock pot in any of them.
That's what friends are for Make sure to get the biggest one you can. You can always run it half full but cutting a recipe that won't fit is a PITA!Wow...the German amazon is WAY cheaper! The Netherlands don't have Amazon, but we have something LIKE it...on the Dutch site, the crock pots are about 150 euros...the german amazon page has one for 30!!! And the average looks about 55 euros. I could totally do that!! Guess what is going on my Christmas list???! Thanks for the suggestion! I totally forgot how much cheaper German stores are!!
Do you know the volume content of yours? It looks like the biggest one I can get from Germany is 3.5 liters. There was a 6 liter one on the Dutch site, but that was 150 euros. 3.5 seems to be the standard. That's what friends are for Make sure to get the biggest one you can. Perfect. I have an 8 qt which is a bit less than 8ltrs, a 6 quart and an older 4 qt which still works I also have a 4qt rice cooker/slow cooker(it mostly gets used for rice, kasha and quinoa) and a 6qt pressure cooker all of which get used at least once a week except for the old 4qt.Do you know the volume content of yours? Hello-
Today was a walk and kettle bell workout. I might be sore tomorrow.

Speaking of remembering. I was cleaning out my file cabinet when I realized that my Passport had expired. I panicked and went into depression about what I would do if all of a sudden I got this overwhelming desire to jet off to Naples, Italy and have some authentic Pizza. Now I have to wait 4 to 8 weeks to quench that desire.Meanwhile, I completely forgot that I was supposed to look for gifts while I was in Ireland this weekend. So I picked up some bags of candy at the duty-free. Waiting for my flight now.
