Stop worrying about the scale. How your jeans fit is more important, weight can go up after eating out due to water retention and you've been under a bit of stress. So relax eat healthy and keep working out. You'll be fine
Agree. Fixating on the scale is what derails more people when they're really trying to lose weight.
Scales are a good guideline, but to me, it's more important how your clothes fit.
