Hello-
I forgot to post yesterday, but I went for an early 90 minute stroll in my neighborhood. It's a good way to get to know the area. Then I did a 30 minute power yoga practice. It was really wasn't yoga, but more like a series of stretching moves.
I am waiting for this storm to pass to go out. Then I'll do my kettle bell workout later on. My son finished school Monday and he is plowing through food like water. I bought ice cream and made a cake on Sunday, since we had company. It was gone by Monday afternoon. I grilled extra chicken ******* on Sunday, thinking I would eat them for lunch as a salad this week. Again, gone by lunch time Monday. Ridiculous.
