Good morning some Jessica Smith HIIT to start the day. My shoulder is much better but still stiff so I'm still being careful. (I really miss my daily yoga:() BTW I wasn't kidding about dinner tonight(chit chat thread), well not exactly. We are having bacon cheeseburgers (black bean, tofu bacon and daiya cheese), baked french fries, salad and "milk shakes"(almost frozen coconut milk and frozen fruit with just a bit of stevia mixed in the blender)

Those aren't real bacon cheeseburgers . . . :cautious:

But, this is!! :hungry: (@Mr Ferret 88 would agree.) :joyfull:

Good morning I'm still sticking with LS as of this morning but my shoulder felt about 100% so I'm hopeful to be able to change things up tomorrow:joyfull: I hope all of you are enjoying a nice weekend

It's a really good morning!!! I was able to do some pain free kickboxing:joyfull: I'll see how I feel this afternoon and maybe I'll do a couple of sun salutations but only if I feel really good. I also survived the enchilada onslaught yesterday in one piece, it's easy to over eat those but luckily for me my boys got to them first:hilarious:

Hello,

I've been keeping busy (and working out).

My husband surprised me with afternoon tea yesterday. We went into Philly and it was a really relaxing time. It was so much food, though! I was done after the scones. :hungover:

Here are some photos:

After the sandwiches, everything else was split between my husband and me. Those weren't plates for one. LOL

Also, I have lost 13.9 lbs since the beginning of November. I did join weight watchers about a month ago. I didn't want to lose the momentum I had going to lose those last few pounds.

Good morning! The sun is out and trying to get motivated to get up and do something around the house. I finished up my z pack yesterday but had to do the inhaler again last night. My cough seems to be a bit better. Anyone know how long this stuff can last? I had it last year but didn't need the inhaler much. Maybe I am hoping for a miracle to get over this sooner than I am supposed to? I don't feel bad just get tired if I do too much. We did go out yesterday running around shopping some and I did ok. Just get annoyed that I have to use the inhaler. Don't want to get dependent on one. But once a day or two I guess isn't bad. Sorry I had to vent. And feel sorry for myself:(
Anyhow, Chloe is getting bored eating the same prescription food for her kidney problems. So, getting desperate, we found the same brand but in a urinary food at the pet store, to mix a bit in to see if she would eat. She loves it! The vet may not be happy, but she gets really tired eating the same food every day. And we feel like it is more important to eat than try to give food she doesn't like. Does that make sense?
Going to stay in and walk again today. May try some weights and/or stretching today. I am so behind.

I'm glad to hear both you and Chloe are on the mend. Please be careful the flu, bug or whatever is going around seems to last 3 to 4 weeks. Prayers and pixie dust you are better much sooner than that. xoxo
