Good morning abs, back and stability this morning. I have no clue what I'm going to do for cardio. If my dh is home again it will be LS or a dance workout and if he goes to work I'll walk but by myself. No need to spread germs seeing I don't know if I'm contagious. It's clean out the fridge day and some how I have asparagus left, shocking because it hardly ever last more than 2 days with my predators. I'm thinking if they don't spot it I'll just chop it up add a tsp of evoo and put it in the convection for a few and toss with spring mix and tomatoes and balsamic for lunch
I don't know what is wrong with me. Some of these veggie meals of yours are starting to sound pretty good.
