@epcotisbest I thought about you twice today first when checking out workouts on youtube, no worries! Some how somebody in cyber space thought I'd like to see a video on how to make home made spamand again when reading about the horrendous fires in Tenn and how you were thinking about going there. I hope you get to go and when you do, you may want to do a google search for the jerky store by Bass Pro Shop, my dh loved that place. Me not so much
Never heard of homemade spam. I do like me some regular spam though. I have been to that jerky store. They have all kinds, some kinda weird, some very tasty.
With all the destruction up there, guess we won't be going any time soon. Still hope to go back for the synchronized fireflies again in June.
Been watching the news closely. Lots of people lost their homes. Terribly sad. And now they are saying seven people have died and that count could increase. We got some good rain today, but it is going to take a lot more to get out of this drought.

That looks delicious! By the way, I have that exact same Pyrex cooking pan.
Super easy to make and since you already have the pan, give it a try and let me know how you like it...but beware, once you make it and enjoy with some vanilla bean ice cream, you will be making it again.
I have an entire collection of Pyrex. Most of the box stores have a set for sale an Black Friday and we've been getting one for quite a few years now. I like that the sets seem to have lids for most pieces and now I'm using almost no plastic for storageThat looks delicious! By the way, I have that exact same Pyrex cooking pan.
I've gotten all my non BPA free stuff off to the recycle center quite a while ago and just keep some(BPA free) for emergencies. Maybe Santa will be nice and get me another set this year(hint , hint)

I have a couple of pieces with lids. The problem with the lids is that if you use them often enough in the microwave, they get kinda wrecked after a while, though.
Why am I not surprised you know that place. Have you been to the knifeworks just down the hill? I have enough steak knives for a small army from there. Every time my dh's grandfather came north to visit he brought us a few
We don't use those lids in the nuker, my dh found some lids with vent holes that seem to last forever. I wish I could remember where he found them. I think it may have been at the large kitchen outlet store in Lancaster Pa. I'm not sure because I was at the big quilt expo and he went off shopping

Good morning!! The rain has moved out and the sun came out for my birthday!!! It is a bit chillier than yesterday though.
Going to do some housework then run out for my free birthday coffee. Going out to dinner tomorrow night since DH is off.
@epcotisbest we had some good rain too but like you said not helping the drought completely.

Back to trying to eat less carbs again. Grilled chicken for protein tonight. Came out really good. The baked potato was for my wife.

Good morning abs, back and stability this morning. I have no clue what I'm going to do for cardio. If my dh is home again it will be LS or a dance workout and if he goes to work I'll walk but by myself. No need to spread germs seeing I don't know if I'm contagious. It's clean out the fridge day and some how I have asparagus left, shocking because it hardly ever last more than 2 days with my predators. I'm thinking if they don't spot it I'll just chop it up add a tsp of evoo and put it in the convection for a few and toss with spring mix and tomatoes and balsamic for lunch
