Got my walk in this afternoon since we will be out celebrating our 36th w anniversary tonight. Where did 36 years go?? Seems like just yesterday  You are right @epcotisbest, today feels like summer again, not fallish at all. We are very dry and dusty too. No rain here for 3 weeks now.

Our trees and flowers are drying up. Sad really. I think our Japanese maple may have died while we were gone a couple of weeks ago. Sure hope it comes back next year, but right now it looks dead. Dog sitter did not water anything, but really our fault as we forgot to specifically request it.

Ohh eek hope it comes back. We have some questionable bushes too that are getting brown. All the poplar leaves are falling.

How is your gas situation down there @epcotisbest? All our stations are empty around us. And when a truck does deliver, it gets out in a few hours:banghead::banghead::banghead:

Same way here. Some Atlanta stations are out, some limiting purchasing to 20 gallons. A few stations made the news for upping prices to $3.99 to $4.59 per gallon, but social media outrage had them lowering it quickly. Nothing like price gougers.

You may want to get more use out of that dandy bicycle you have--probably easier to find a parking space for it, too!! ;)
