Here is the Big Green Egg and the table I built to put it in. Not really fancy, but it was very sturdy, built of mostly 2x6 and 2x4s with 1x6 boards for the top. I cut the hole in the top with a router and it fit just about perfectly. Not the best staining job, but it worked.

Wow! That is amazing!! Too bad you sold the rig--but it sounds like you made a few bucks on the sale, so that's good and you now have a new grill, too.

Hello,

I went for a walk today. I wanted to do a kick box/MMA type workout, but the workout I did yesterday made the backs of my legs very sore, in fact, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the soreness. LOL All I could really do was walk for exercise and I was so slow. I am sure I was walking funny, too. It was painful to extend my legs. Hopefully, I'll be back to normal tomorrow. :)

Haha. Thanks! I hesitated to post it because it is not the prettiest-looking meal and I know how tofu is received in these parts. :)

I like tofu.

Oh, I wonder if @figmentfan423 is working out while she's on vacation, and I also wonder if she threw over the veggie menus for cheeseburgers and fries?! :p (@Mr Ferret 88 , do you think she'll cave to yummy foods while enjoying vacation bliss?!)

Hi,

I am in with a bit of cardio and Pilates ab work with a magic circle. My legs are still sore from Monday's workout! Actually, they are more sore than yesterday. LOL So, today, I tried another site I subscription site I belong to, but haven't really used. :P I think I'll keep this one for now. She creates monthly rotations with her workouts and seeing they use only light weights (they travel somewhat easily), I think I will hang out with this site. I have a lot of stuff coming up and having someone tell me which workout to do is helpful for me right now. The workouts themselves don't take up much room, which is good, because I'll be living in a hotel room for a bit before we close on the house.

These aren't the biggest calorie burners, but I am going to be at WDW next week and then moving when we return. I am sure I will be plenty active the next few weeks...:hilarious:

I didn't work out today :(. I got my roots touched up and I didn't want to ruin my hair style. My hairstylist talked me into buying dry shampoo. I'll see if this works, I am a bit skeptical. :cautious: But if my hair style holds up for tomorrow, I'll be happy. I am packing my light weights, my resistance bands and my magic circle. Whether or not I use them is another story! LOL

still vegan but had some fries looped Epcot twice and mk four times yesterday plus dog to tcc and tcc to poly and dog to poly

So it was my turn to make dinner tonight. I made shrimp and grits. Turned out really good even though I used frozen, grocery store shrimp instead of fresh shrimp, because that is what we had.
Sautéed some onion in olive oil using the cast iron skillet, added some roasted red peppers, a can of diced tomatoes (drained), minced garlic, basil, a pinch of oregano, some black pepper, some red pepper flakes and then once that seemed about right I put in the thawed shrimp and sautéed for just a few minutes more in order to not overcook the shrimp. It still needed something...a few (OK, several) dashes of Texas Pete hot sauce. For something I just made up as I went along, it was pretty darn good, except maybe I put too much butter in the grits...nah, nothing wrong with buttery grits.
Too busy enjoying it to even think about taking a photo, but it was good. High calorie and carbs, but we still get a treat every now and then. I am going to have a biscuit tomorrow too.
