All the flowering trees and bushes are in full bloom here as well. I hate the Pine pollen, everything is covered in that yellow dust. All I can ever think about is how much of that we inhale with every breath.
Yea for working out but be careful until you see a doctor.I just completed my workout for the day. I took a few days off to rest my hip again.
I am going to cook dinner now and read what I have missed afterwards.
Good morning sort of, it's raining. So I got up a bit early and did JM's No More Trouble Zones. Packed my dh some pasta primevara (mostly veggies) for lunch sent him off to work. Then did LS's 4 Mile Power Walk. Tonight I'm making baked fish and chips for my dh and older ds with coleslaw and asparagus. I'm going to have a pear almond smoothie in a bit and squash pasta later and a nice asian inspired salad for dinner.

Sounds like a well planed out day with much already accomplished. That smoothie sounds real good.
I've been told I get more done before the sun comes up than the military and that was by a major in the army. I keep some pretty strange hours.

I haven't rode my bike for awhile. Hubby is dealing with a kidney stone, so sleep has been sporadic. I hope next week goes better. He goes back to the Doctor on Wednesday.

Walked a couple of miles this evening as the sun was setting. Love having extra daylight in the evenings.
Way to go! This is going to make you a mean lean grilling machine

Thank you. Yes, we have several in this color, some light pink, white, a couple different shades of red, some purples etc...azaleas grow like weeds here in the south.
Happy Easter! Another happy zen day. I already did some nice relaxing yoga and I'm planning on a couple of smoothies. Breakfast will be chocolate berry smoothie. What's Easter without a bit of chocolate LOL. Have a great day and beware of bunnies bearing sugar.

Happy Easter!! We have really carppy weather here. Rainy and windy and just depressing. Yesterday was gorgeous! DD and I walked to the Shopping center...it's about 30 minutes walking. We shopped while DS played soccer. We got her another 2 outfits for Disney...she is SO excited!
Congrats to both of you on your walk an on the shopping! So sorry about your weather
