A most magical morning her in the mid-Atlantic region. It's almost 60 and heading to about 80. Perfect weather and it will be for the next few days. Sorry @real mad hatter and @MR FERRET I'd feel guilty if I wasn't enjoying things here so much! Besides I live on top of a mountain where it can snow quite a bit later in the season, and I don't think you'll be feeling so sorry for me when I'm snowed in. Feeling better by the hour, I still have a little congestion, but I'm sure some of it is due to allergy. It seems allergy season is going to be really long as there's no sign of frost in sight. On a very happy note though there's no sign of frost! YEA ME! 5 miles done and green tea brewed. I'm thinking with the warm weather about eating raw today. @real mad hatter food raw not the other type!!!!! I'm going all the way around my lake when the boys leave. I've been walking at least 4-5 miles outside each day but I've been doing 4 shorter walks lately, so today I'm going to change it up and do 2 long ones. Hoping today finds you all well and moving! @epcotisbest I hope all is well with you. Everybody go out and enjoy (those on the other side of the pond wear your ponchos) and keep moving forward.

Good Morning PEEPs!
Life is good but these headaches need to make their exit! I broke down and took 3 advil yesterday. I couldn't see straight and was afraid I would not be able to teach. It settled down some but still have a dull ache. After giving Figgy some pranayama advice I decided to follow it myself! 15 minutes of pranayama, 15 minutes seated meditation and 70 minutes of a full flow. Feeling better.

Breakfast is coconut milk yogurt with muscili, lunch is a big salad with chickpeas, tomato, vegan cheese, black beans, corn and balsamic. I am not sure what I want for dinner. The frig is stocked so I will whip something up.

@MR FERRET and @real mad hatter SMILE your WDW Magic friends LOVE you! lol :D @figmentfan423 I am glad to hear you are feeling better! @epcotisbest and @93boomer I hope you move it, move it today!

Perfect fall weather here right now as well. It is a nice crisp 65, the sort of morning when you shut off the air conditioner and enjoy the cool, fresh air drifting in to embrace you with an early morning hug. Luckily, you keep a blanket nearby. Later, it is expected to be in the mid 80s...good walking weather.
I made an omlette with fresh mushrooms, peppers and onions, then went and pumped it up it by adding some chopped, grilled chicken and cheese, then topped the whole thing with salsa. Pretty tasty, but not as low calorie as I have been trying to do.
Last night we had a salad that was a bit different, thanks to some advice from here. I am rapidly burning out on lettuce salads, so we took cabbage as the base for the salad. Thinly shredded it, added onion, two kinds of peppers, cukes, mushroom, some black beans, cheese and grilled chicken. Wife used a pomegranate vinagarette and I used ranch dressing. Very tasty and filling though again I know I used too much dressing.
Hope all are feeling better, getting out and moving to the music. If you stop by a national park...no, gotta keep that to myself.

It's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got out and did 5 miles! This afternoon's practice will be a short one as I just found out in addition to my 2 regular classes I'll be covering a third one tomorrow because it seems whatever bug is going around another instructor has it and won't be in. The owner wants to know if I'm willing to do another class besides:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: My quote was are you crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sadly that means I'm sending my dh to the farmers market by himself:eek: I think he can handle it if I send him with a list. It's going to be a very busy weekend up here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So happy to hear you're trying new salad ideas @epcotisbest. Enjoy life!

Good morning, I'm taking it easy this am just a nice slow practice for me. Packing an arugala salad with onions, cucumber, tomato, mung beans a pear, lentils and an orange ginger dressing. I'm still deciding between a berry smoothie and tofu scramble for breakfast, dinner will be leftovers or a salad. I'll have to see what I'm up for when I get home from classes today. Just a note to let you know I'm all better, thnx again!!!!! Have a wonderful weekend and keep moving forward.

@real mad hatter FEEL BETTER! Grate some fresh ginger and steep it in hot water, drink and repeat! Add what you like
@epcotisbest Stepping outside the box with your salad ideas I love it! If you find you put much dressing, I am totally guilty of this, find a good balsamic. Drown your salad in balsamic, its a lot less calories and
rich in minerals. Balsamic vinegar contains calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and manganese. Balsamic vinegar is also good for the heart and circulatory system. It is low in sodium, very low in saturated fat and has no cholesterol. Balsamic vinegar contains polyphenols, which are known anti-cancer agents.

I taught 3 classes after work yesterday and I am feeling awesome. I had a 20 minute meditation practice and a 70 minute ashtanga practice this morning, feeling strong. The head still has a dull ache but I am pushing thru. I have tofu scramble for breakfast with onion and peppers. Lunch is a coconut milk yogurt with shredded carrot and honey almonds. We are flying by the seat of our pants for dinner. We are going to Pennsylvania to watch my nephew play hockey this weekend, not sure what the options will be.
@MR FERRET have a great weekend!
Enjoy be well!
@93boomer This is for you... MOVE IT, MOVE IT!!! (Please excuse the fact that this is dream works)

Good morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope all of you are well, moving and feeling great! BUSY!!!!!!!!!!!! Weekend to say the least! At least most of the apples are sauced( no not like Hatter) LOL, the dog is bathed, the house was clean, the house is stocked with food and I even managed to squeeze in a manicure and get some Christmas shopping done. So of course I'm going to take it easy today, right? Well not exactly, 5 miles with boosters done, the green tea sipped and I'm logged in here. As soon as the boys are gone I'm heading out for a brisk walk around my lake before the front comes through. Today may be my last summer like day of the season. At least it's over 60 and going up if the sun comes out a bit before the rain. I'm going to have a green cleansing smoothie for breakfast, a nice arugala, romaine, cucumber, tomato, lentil onion and carrot salad with a rice vinegar, ginger and sesame oil dressing, dinner is going to be smashed potatoes, salad and "meatloaf". I'm going to have something "chocolate" for dessert. Have a magical day and keep moving forward.
