Good morning, it's warm and I'm doing even better today. I did 5 really big miles (leslie sansone) and with the beautiful weather we're having hopefully I'll get to spend a good deal of time outside walking and just enjoying. @LuLaSue I've got a question, during my afternoon practice yesterday I have some trouble syncing my breathing, due to the cold, should I worry more about syncing or the moves? thnx More miso soup today, I'm thinking a berry, cucumber, spinach smoothie, salad with tomato, yellow squash, lentils, mushrooms, onions and a spicy garlic ginger dressing and for dinner leftover veggie chili. Thanks again for all the warm wishes!!!!! Have a most magical day and keep moving forward.
Happens often when we become congested and the lungs feel taxed. Don't worrry about syncing the breath, it's just temporary. Just continue to breath, don't hold the breath.

Can I suggest Kapalabhati, it is a Breathing Technique used specifically for cleansing. If we have a lot of mucus in the air passages or feel tension and blockages in the chest it is often helpful to breathe quickly. In this practice, we deliberately breathe faster and at the same time use only abdominal breathing, that is, diaphragmatic, not Chest Breathing. In Kapalabhati , the Breath is short, rapid, and strong. We use the lungs as a pump, creating so much pressure as they expel the air that all the waste is removed from the air passages, from the lungs up through the nostrils. Kapala means "skull," and bhati means "that which brings lightness." Kapalabhati is a good thing to do when we feel heavy or foggy in the head. If we have problems with the sinuses or feel numb around the eyes, Kapalabhati can help to clear this area as well.

Here is a very good how to video:
