Good morning, it's warm and I'm doing even better today. I did 5 really big miles (leslie sansone) and with the beautiful weather we're having hopefully I'll get to spend a good deal of time outside walking and just enjoying. @
LuLaSue I've got a question, during my afternoon practice yesterday I have some trouble syncing my breathing, due to the cold, should I worry more about syncing or the moves? thnx More miso soup today, I'm thinking a berry, cucumber, spinach smoothie, salad with tomato, yellow squash, lentils, mushrooms, onions and a spicy garlic ginger dressing and for dinner leftover veggie chili.
