Morning guys!! You all crack me up!! I always get on here as soon as I am able just to get a smile for the day!:p
Whew! Figgy we have a crisp breeze here this morning too even though the temp is 60!! No sun either!
Today is exactly a day for warm foods and tea. Breakfast is granola and blueberries. Taking snack to PT this morning cause it will be almost lunchtime. Lunch will be a turkey sand and some homemade red pepper hummus and vegs. Dinner is spinach salad. Already premade my menus so no hot food today:(
I may have to bundle up too to walk unless it warms up some today. Everyone have a great day!! Keep warm and movin'! :p

A most magical morning to all my friends here! Yes it is a great morning. No frost so now my garden will be alive and well for 2 more weeks. I just love my garden, organic and it saves me lots of money at the grocer. Those @real mad hatter lessons on saving money are really paying off. LOL First an update on my boys, Michael is in excellent health and so is James except for his little rash, it turned out to be just an allergy so life is going to be more normal as they are back in school today. We went to the library yesterday and I got a Biggest Loser DVD with Bob Harper. I only did one of the work outs so far. Yes crazy me did the hardest first:oops::eek::D It's called bootcamp it's 30 minutes including warm up and cool down. Let's just say don't do it while wearing baggy bottoms. It can kick your butt quickly, not for a beginner. I followed that up with 5 indoor miles. Seeing it is a bit warmer this am (3 degrees warmer LOL) as soon as the boys are gone I'm going out for my outdoor walk, I really can't wait to get out in the sun. I'm going to enjoy it while I still can, before winter sets in up here. Anyhoo I think I'll have a green cleansing smoothie, broccoli stirfry and salad with beans today. I found a recipe for banana, peanut butter cookies that I'm going to make today or tomorrow. Now everybody give a big welcome back and congrats to @epcotisbest who just got back from Disney. I'm so proud of him, he ate healthy for the most part while there and he really should be congratulated as with his health issues it as a must and rather difficult to say the least at the same time. To my friends on the other side of the pond (@real mad hatter and @MR FERRET ) just remember when you move you warm up, so keep on moving on. @mrdisman hope you're keeping up with your lunch time walks. @93boomer I hope pt went well! But I saved the best for last today! I heard from @disneysince71, she and her beautiful family are well and quite busy, between school and leaving in 11 days for Disney, I doubt she has a minute to breathe. I just hope all their luggage gets there. LOL So get up get moving and have a magical day!

Morning all!! Hope it us warm and sunny wherever you are!! Not here so much. I love Fall weather but more when the sun is out and those blue skies.
PT went well yesterday. She put me on 3 lb weights! I haven't done 3 lbs in years so these muscles are a bit tender today. Only 3 more visits then I am on my own.
So glad you had a good trip @epcotisbest! @disneysince71 we are right behind you in 26 days!! :D
Walking and just daily stretching today, no weights.
Breakfast was yogurt and granola. Lunch is turkey sandwich and red pepper hummus with veggies. Dinner is mussels and salad. Snacks apple, hibiscus tea.
Everyone keep warm, keep movin' and be happy:p

You go girl!!!!!!! Sooooooooooo happy you're getting better so quickly! In my travels yesterday I found something that will keep me walking outside longer this fall and winter. Just by chance I popped into a Rainbow Shop store and found the warmest of fleece leggings! I wore a pair out this am and my legs were sweating by the time I got home. Best of all they were cheap. Hatter lessons are really paying off. $7.99 a pair and if you buy more than one they are a dollar less for each pair. I got several and saved even more money! LOL

Yes, we had a great trip. One of the best things for us about staying at a DVC villa is the kitchen. We enjoy making our own meals, especially breakfast. Now I know some people would not even think about cooking on vacation, but we enjoy it and do eat better. For example, instead of a big ole breakfast buffet at WCC or Ohana or Boma or someplace where I would consume a zillion calories, here is a breakfast I made one morning when I got up especially early. It is peanut butter french toast topped with diced fruit, ham and my own sugar free syrup. OK, not the healthiest breakfast, but better than what we used to do. Gotta love those funky plates at BLT...not very practical, but fun (kinda like me!).
We drive, so a quick trip to Publix over at Celebration and the pantry was stocked for the week.
I did fail at making it all day at MK and Epcot, and we did not go to AK or DHS this trip, but did spend a lot of time at several different pools and that counts for some exercise!
I am still working on perfecting my pool lounging technique...practice, practice, practice.
