Looking back at old pictures I don't think anything is new. Those blues were always there, right?

Belle just happened to be walking past when I was photodocumenting... It was totally not staged.

Whoa..Whoa..Whoa...Whoa....Whooaaa......Why was Princess Belle walking through Future World? I'm surprised no one ran her down since she's a princess and all..

This. Belle being there just looks weird.

Come on, Disney. Seriously guys, you are killing me here.

Which is why The Utilidors were made..What many call a "Cowboy in Tomorrowland"

From Hiddenmickeys.org
Do you ever wonder how the characters at the parks seem to appear as if by, well, magic? There is a story behind that. One day while strolling through the park, Walt Disney saw a Frontierland cowboy walking through Tomorrowland. He then decided that for Disney World that some needs would have to be hidden. Trash, costume characters, etc. had to be out of sight. To do this, each area, section, or ride was first planned out in story boards. Then, the Imagineers constructed models, and viewed them in every angle. To hide the utilities, underground tunnels put in for Walt Disney World. Disney built a nine acre network of tunnels so Cast Members would be able to move around out of the public view!

At least train in a suitably themed location.

Or have her off stage destination on the east side and utilise the Utilidors from character spot.
They want her, and any other new characters, away from the crowds... She meets around the corner, so experience can be obtained without the crowds if they were in a "better themed" area.

Everyone needs training, and training can't be done correctly if a person is just thrown to the sharks.

It was a training M&G. Do you want a completely inexperienced entertainer dealing with the hoards? This gives her guest experience in an out of the way location.
Nope. This is way out of scene for what should be happening. Princesses or Fairy Tale characters should NOT be in FW. Doesn't matter if training or not. There is a guideline for this, and if someone sent her there or this has become SOP, they need to be reminded of the guidelines set in place from the beginning. I get they tried to pass it off because it's Imagination, but it's still wrong.

Training can be done at resorts - it's quieter and can be controlled. Or there are still locations within MK and DHS that are quieter. NOT FutureWorld. Absolutely, positively not.

Do you know how long this has been occurring?

Still no justification to have her in Futureworld.

IMHO.

Maybe I'm just too much of a purist.
No, you're not too much of a purist. These characters are not allowed in FW. Period. It was set up that way for a reason. Someone has forgotten, but that can be fixed.
