Woman groped at Disneyland
By Leah Zanolla
Feb 2, 2010

A woman claims she was groped on the Tower of Terror at Disneyland. She was on the attraction with her daughter when the incident happened. The woman says someone grabbed her chest when the lights in the ride dimmed. She isn't sure who the person was, but thinks it may have been the person sitting to her left. Disneyland has provided police with a photo taken of the people sitting in the ride vehicle with the woman. The photo was taken before the lights dimmed. Investigators are attempting to identify and locate the person sitting to the left of the woman.

She's sure it wasn't her kid who did it by accident? Pretty heavy accusation.. and if it wasn't extensive it may have been an accident on the part of the person next to her? :veryconfu

This link has a video and interview with the woman, also shows the picture of the man who supposedly did this.

With the picture shown in that news report I think it is pretty safe to say that what the woman claimed happened actually did. She is recoiling, his hand is reaching out and less that a foot from her chest and he is clearly looking at her. While I am sure he has an excuse for all of this he will have some explaining to do if the cops can find out who he is.

I agree. I have to admit, when I first read the headline I thought, Oh here we go with another frivolous and baseless complaint. But I'd say there's every reason to believe the woman's story. What would be great is if someone watching the news story recognizes the man and calls the police. It's kind of like "To Catch a Predator". I love it when creeps like that get totally busted after thinking there was no way they'd get caught. I hope that's how this turns out.

Was this guy caught? I thought a few days ago I heard on the news that they had caught him, but I wasn't paying attention.
