WL vs CSR

Yes those rooms with the blues are beautiful. We are staying in club level in December and from Buzz's site it looks like those rooms are more browns and a little more drab.

Oh well I'll still love it!!
All rooms have the teal (blue, green) runner on the bed, the brown color bed runner signifies the suites.

If you are a MK lover and have ADRs @ MK restaurants than you must stick w/ WL IMHO.;)
We loved the geyser! The "Welcome Home" was wonderful! The pool was very nice! The quiet pool area is one of my favorites w/ jets in it like a spa.;) Many lizards and frogs greeted us each morning sitting on our porch ( 1st floor room by the quiet pool, but just an exit door away from the main pool).:)
The boat to MK is so convenient!:D It also took us to Fort Wilderness for Hoop Dee Doo!:) Bus service to other parks is kinda slow though ( that is the only "bad" thing I can say about WL).
Artist Point- yummy!
Whispering Canyon Cafe- a must and fun! You must try the skillet!:D Don't forget to say "We need ketchup!":D
The "food court" is rather small, but no biggie.
I love the indoor corridors! The beauty of the lobby is incredible!:D
WL is on the "low end" of the deluxe ( AKL is a bit cheaper I think). By "low end" I mean price- wise.
Stick w/ WL. You won't regret it! So far it's our 2nd fave next to SSR!:D
ENJOY!

I think it's those WL bus service issues that really turned me off. I know I should brush it off since you can have bus issues with all of the resorts, but we had so many during our one short week at WL that it's a hard memory to shake. I switched to AKL...which isn't CSR or MK area, but it does help me cover 2 things on my Disney Must Do's list- 1) stay at AKL/keep trying new resorts 2) try Sanaa. Of course, I know AKL can have its bus issues as well, but we at least had decent bus service on our one visit to AKL back in 2010...so my brain keeps going back to that. And now after seeing your most recent report, SSR is much higher on my radar! Things for the future! :)

We loved our first floor room. A female mallard came to see us most mornings (we got a picture of her standing at the sliding door looking in-we swore she would have come right on in if we had opened it) and we had some friendly rabbits that visited too. Too bad we missed the sign saying not to feed them until halfway through our trip. I'm pretty sure we had a sign that said sucker over the door.
