I'm calling Disney this morning...want to switch my July trip to all four days on property.

I'm good...ready for the weekend. My little brother has his first day of competition at Epcot today

Yes, I need to rent one, but I was going to talk to Disney about that. I would prefer using ME to get to/from the airport. I know that you can rent cars through the car care center, I just don't know how that would work. So, we'll see.

Oops, forgot to add I hope your brother has tons of fun while he's down there.

Interesting, I didn't know you could do that either. Where is the conference going to be? And is it for the entire time you're there, or do you have extra days?

Thanks, he was really excited. He hasn't been there since the last summer I worked there, which was 98...he was only 6! I was teasing him because he got completely freaked out that trip by Delta Dreamflight (used to be where Buzz Lightyear is now) and threw a HUGE, gargantuan fit when we got off of it. It's become one of those infamous stories in my family. :lol: He was actually a little bummed that it's no longer there because he wanted to go on it again to see what all of the fuss was about.

Oh. Yeah, you'll definately need a rental then. But if you rent it on property, it may be easier to only have it for the days you need it. And you don't have to worry about picking up your luggage, or waiting to check it in at the airport if you're able to us ME.

She has a coarticulation of the aorta and something that closes around a week old closed improperly so that her heart and whole body was shutting down. She also has a little hole in her heart, but I guess that is less serious and more common, often those holes close on their own.

She has a coarticulation of the aorta and something that closes around a week old closed improperly so that her heart and whole body was shutting down. She also has a little hole in her heart, but I guess that is less serious and more common, often those holes close on their own.

Definitely will be praying. I'm so sorry to hear that Steph.

Aaaaand....just finished talking to Disney myself. Switched my hotel stay in July to POFQ for all four nights and made arrangements to pick up a car through the car care center for 48 hours. So yay!!! All done! :sohappy::sohappy:

I guess a little bit, as far as people talking goes. I am going home on Saturday until Tuesday. His sentencing is Tuesday and as far as I know he goes to jail right after that.
On Sunday a lady from our church is having a get together for anyone who supports him. We are just going to have a meal and pray and just be together. My brother's wife opened up an account that my mother and her mother have access to. Several people have made donations to them to help with the cost of the jail. It is $35 a day to be in jail and they want the money 30 days after he gets out next year. Some people have offered to pay a little bit each month, some have just given a generous donation. It is amazing to me and I am so grateful. I am going to send her a monthly amount to try and help. Money is tight right now but I am going to give all that I can.
I am sure there will be another article in the paper after his sentencing. Not something I am looking forward to.
My work would only cover me until Tuesday. So basically I have to watch him go to jail on Tues. then drive 3 hours back home and go to work the next morning. Not what I wanted to do but I took the time I could get.
