Really? They're doing it on non-party nights also this year? Hu. They did the Holiday one post MVMCP last year (we watched it on xmas eve) but HalloWishes used to be party-only, didn't it?boo52 said:From Oct 14th until the end of the month. Non party nights will feature HalloWishes instead of regular wishes. There will be no perimeters on non party nights. As always subject to change. This is a change from how it has been done in the past.

Disneyworld.com's calandar reports that it will just be wishes, but we know that can, at times, be less than 100% acurate.Sorry to bump an older thread, but I wanted to check if what boo52 reported back in June was still the case. I'm going to be heading out there in a couple weekends and wanted to know if we'd get to see Hallowishes on the 14th. Sadly, due to my sister's wedding on the 27th, we can't do MNSSHP this year. I was hoping we'd get to at least see Hallowishes.
Hadn't heard anything more recent, so just wanted to inquire if it's still set to happen. And if so, is it still set for the 14th onward through the end of the month?
Thanks!

Yeah they never tend to be very accurate. It didn't list the Happy Holiday Wishes last year in December either but they showed that every night from like the 20th until the end of the month. The calendar just showed "Wishes" then too. I don't doubt boo's word - I know he's the best resource to ask the question to! - but I just wanted to make sure the plan hadn't changed since the summer.Disneyworld.com's calandar reports that it will just be wishes, but we know that can, at times, be less than 100% acurate.
I'm gonna go with what Boo said, he seems to know a thing or two about the Wishes series of shows .
I saw Hallowishes on Halloween night last year during MNSSHP. While I also prefer regular Wishes, I did think it was fun. And I did enjoy the "This is Halloween" part a lot. It's nice to see it once a year though - feels festive. I live here though so I'm out there regularly, so for me, it's a nice change to see the special edition. Especially since I can't enjoy the Party this year.I havn't seen HalloWishes in person, but I have complete video footage of it and it is definitely not as good as Wishes, which I have seen in person. I have the video of Wishes too, and it makes me want to cry just watching it from home. It's a really emotional fireworks show, almost or as much emotional as Illuminations.
