When you do a yahoo search for images, it brings up the image and the site its from, and it was not WDWMAGIC.com that came up. It was another site.
Ahaha Wow those pictures aren't the same! *sarcasm* God how low can people get?DonickCo said:ok i have to call bull shat.... prove it.... prove how u got this image onto your sight. it will not come up on yahoo... so prove how u found it and STOLE IT!... then later butchered it after confronted about it... it just shows how stubborn u are.

How strict do we have to be with posted photos? I like to save photos to use either in a folder on my PC or use as desktop wallpapers. Is this a problem and seen as stealing photos? If people really are that concerned, then I think we are in the sad situation where the only way to protect your work is to keep it completely private for your own use. I wouldn't want to see it come to this.
monorail_man said:If you say so. I am only going by what a court rulling would say.
But again. like it was said above. If you don't want you images/photos to be viewed, copied, spread around, don't post them online.
It's funny how both pictures have the EXACT same reflection and shadows on the monorail.DonickCo said:ok i have to call bull shat.... prove it.... prove how u got this image onto your sight. it will not come up on yahoo... so prove how u found it and STOLE IT!... then later butchered it after confronted about it... it just shows how stubborn u are.

monorail_man said:As a mater of fact I have. However I was the plaintiff. Someoen did exactly what I am telling you. They took one of my images that I made for a car club I used to run. They altered it just enough. The judge ruled that the altered image was indeed a "new image" and the copyright was not valid on the "new image".
That was the day I decided that paying money to copyright images was pointless and that I would no longer post pictures or images that I really wanted to keep from being "stolen" as you so well put it.
So I hardly think I am talking out of my rear, and I belive I know what I am talking about.
Have YOU been hauled into court for such a thing?????
If not then YOU need to not assume you know what your talking about.
nibblesandbits said:Look, there are judges who feel that chaging the image just a little makes it ok, and then there are the others who believe that changing it a little is not ok. It just is luck of the draw on the judge you get. If that lawsuit went to appeals court, another judge could overrule the first judges' ruling. Just because you got sued once and got screwed in the process doesn't mean that you should be bitter about it and then believe that it is right for you to do the exact same thing to other people.
