Trying to convince my parents to let my boyfriend take me for the day. Hopefully we can convince them quick enough to get the airfare :lookaroun

I'll be there, and possibly for the entire thing. I think saying I stayed for 24 hours will be fun, but trying to fill all that time will be tough.

I have a feeling they are only going to keep the attractions that are open during special events like MNSSHP open.
If so hopefully they will add other things to do as after a few hours you can pretty much go on every attraction in MK.

Probably not only because as a local, it would mean Love would have to take time off work in the middle of the week. Not terribly practical. If it were a weekend, we'd probably show up for part of the time though I know we'd never be up for all 24 hours!

Ugh! If I could splurge for DL in California it'd be a total no-brainer. Lol!

Being bored and running out of things to keep me going was one big concern I had when considering the MK at WDW.

So disappointed they are not offering any special entertainment, or just simply additional performances of CADCT or MSEP. If they were we would have heard about it by now I think... :-(

I have a few factors. First is my girlfriend just started her RN career so if she has the days off around the 29th we could fly out and do it. Secondly, It depends when quit my current job lol. I'm in the early stages of starting my own business without my current employer knowing so if I'm in a good position then we fly out and just do the 24hr thing then come home.

I'm thinking a theme park marathon.

Leave work around 2pm, go to DHS till 7, Epcot till 9, then MK.

Now if I can handle being there until the next morning when AK opens, I'm gonna be there!

Truthfully I don't expect to make it through the night.

I may be crazy but I'm not insane. I think the parks are going to be PACKED!!! :ROFLOL:

I haven't decided if that'll be the case or not yet. Seems like it'll a decent amount of people in the morning/during the day. But I'm not sure about late at night. Plus there are plenty of Disney accommodations, which usually leads to light crowds.

I actually don't think it will be that bad after about midnight. I think this will only be exciting to a small group of people and any of the people who are just there by coincidence i doubt will stay too late, especially if they have little ones with them.

I'm still not sure if I'm going yet. We live about 3 hours away but have family coming down that week who have zero interest in going to WDW, crazy I know! So if I can sneak away for the night, I might, just to see the sun RISE over Tomorrowland and the Castle.

Maybe a WDWMagic.com all-nighter support group is in order here. We can motivate each other with shaving cream and warm cups of water?
