Will Disney close DHS?

Why would you expect disney to replace Osbourne with another holiday attraction? They didn't do it at Epcot. Just wondering...
It is due to the fact Disney had their Frozen Summer Fun at DHS this year due to the park needing more things for guests to do. The only reason DHS had their Frozen summer Fun is the reason I mentioned above of having more things for guests.

Epcot didn't have that problem and is why Disney didn't replace Lights of Winter.

The other thing is Disney is capable of going Christmas Fireworks at DHS because they can make money off them by having Christmas Fireworks Dessert parties with guests have to pay for. Remember DHS doesn't have the hat anymore and they are doing fireworks more times in a year than they did in the past.

I completely understand what the OP is saying but that would never happen lol.

It's gonna be a mess for the next couple of years but Disney won't care as long as they're making money. They'll fudge the attendance numbers if they need to to make it look like the park is fine.

Instead of starting another thread ill just ask here, is it true the stage is on its way down now that frozen is over, and for how long do you think? was thinking of going on the 27th and just wondered. would like to be there once and see it without for a change.

Not to mention if they closed the park, knowing how they're operating these days the attractions would decay because they would have no incentive to do refurbs or keep them in operating condition

Another problem with closing the park is that it's very unlikely that the other parks could absorb all the CM's which would mean huge layoffs. Not only would that be a PR nightmare, they would have to deal with re-hiring and re-training them all.

That's one aspect I hadn't really though of with everything that's been closing. Essentially it's the equivalent of half the park closing already. I wonder what affect that has had. I think Disney's turnover is high enough that it shouldn't be noticeable I guess.

How do you figure "half the park"? Backlot and the Jack Sparrow attraction have closed. American Idol closed, but was replaced with the Frozen Sing Along. Animation closed but is being replaced by the Star Wars Launch Pad. They have also added Watto's Grotto. So there probably haven't been that many CM's displaced yet.

I'm assuming more will close. Looking back I worded that wrong. I think a lot has already closed but by the time they're done there may be quite a bit more closed.
