There was a permit filed today by Balfour Beatty, one of Disney's big contractors with an expiration of 3/31/2027. The description is "Site and facility improvements" and there are 18 addresses ranging from 570 W. Wilderness Way to 728 W. Wilderness Way and 910 Timberline Dr. None of these addresses are on the RCID mapping site. The closest is 501 W Wilderness way circled below.

Let’s improve pools at value resorts!!! Give guests a simple slide and hot tubs (maybe a gym at each complex to share and also at Mods) to make the amenities match their price point!!! Geesh!
Well they’re not gonna do that. The message has been clear for along time

But they’re not even improving the places they are adding units. No or crappy amenities.

Dvc hasn’t just become a normal timeshare in most ways…it’s becoming a bad one

I would guess significant improvements to Wilderness Way as this would likely be the guest entrance to any future resort at the Reflections site.

DVC needs a larger resort building in Fort Wilderness to lower the fees of the cabins and help sell them. With the trust built into the cabin contracts, it was always highly likely there was going to be another resort added. I wouldn't be surprised if this was that.
