Just saw this posted at the Orlando Attractions Blog October 2009 Epcot Photo Update
Within the update they put up pictures of some Wi-Fi hot spots. We already know there is one within WOL because it's not the events pavilion, but apparently there is one in Innoventions East and if you walk by the Odyssey you can connect to "D23 Guest Wireless"
They said it's a free non secure Wi-Fi connection. They've also spotted Wi-Fi hot spots else where at WDW including several hotel lobbies.

While sending a Twitter update inside Innoventions, I noticed a wi-fi hotspot called Innoventions East. To my surprise, it worked - free wireless Internet access. I asked a cast member about it and he said he’d heard IBM was building an Internet cafe in Innoventions West, but that didn’t explain why it was called Innoventions East. I didn’t find one called Innoventions West, but I did find a couple of other hotspots around the park, including one near the Odyssey Center called D23 Fan Access. I’ve read reports that free wireless Internet has been spoted elsewhere around Walt Disney World, including the lobby of some resorts. Let’s hope this is a continuing trend, at Disney World and the other theme parks.
