Why on Mickey Mouse ride at the Magic Kingdom

Mickey is a cipher. He's essentially a mascot without a compelling inner life. This is one of the issues the guy behind the Epic Mickey game has said he hopes the game will address — making him relevant again.

The idea of following Mickey's development over time in a dark ride would actually be pretty neat, but it illustrates the same issue. Mickey is most interesting when we see him developing over time or saving Walt's bacon during a tough time in his career, but as a character, he's just cardboard.

Mickey has plenty of time for a ride after all him and Mini are soon to be homeless after they lost thier home to forclosure in toontown.

Its just like me and my bar. I have employees to do all the work. I just come around and socialize every once in a while. Makes it more special for people when they see me there since they don't always get to see the owner. I hang for a little while and then disappear back into the back room to keep the place running smoothly.

could make a dark ride going through the history of mickey mouse up until today and climax showing what disney company Has become. Just a thought.

That's always been my dream except with all of the originals, who also have no ride to call their own. I'd love a classics darkride with scenes from cartoon history. Imagine it:

It starts with a black and white Steamboat Willie scene, then progresses through favorites like: Mickey's Trailer, Lonesome Ghosts, Sorceror's Apprentice, the Beagle Boys breaking into Scrooge's vault, Brave Little Tailor, Mickey and the Beanstalk, etc. Imagine the wonderful possibilities!!
