Why does 13 days in WDW go by so fast

and the 13 days before you leave take FOREVER?:shrug:. Just returned from our trip, and now have to go to work. Wonderful trip even though the weather was crazy!!! Only complaint was the ECVs, but I won't dare to go there:drevil:.

Because 10 days goes by in a flash, too. I feel ya!

We were talking to our sons last week about the trip coming up and what we were looking forward to most. Both the boys agreed their favorite part is the time we get together. I love that they thought of that. It makes all these trips totally worth it because they get the bigger picture.

Have an absolute blast. We only get to visit The World every 2 - 3 years but our visits are for between 14 - 21 days (This Christmas visit will be our shortest ever visit at only 10 days). More than makes up for being away for so long

Always the way. I feel for you! It drags to get there, and always ends too quickly. I must ask if you and I continue on the same page from there as well...

for the 13 days I'm back I constantly ask myself, for example, "just 24 hours I was on the Poly beach and now i'm in class, how did this happen???" or "just last wed night I was in a sundress watching Wishes and now i'm home watching Bravo reality shows and it's 20 degrees out."

It may sound like self torture, but it keeps me "there" longer lol. I swear there are two parallel universes: the real world and disney world and time makes no sense between the 2!!!!

We stay 10 days every trip and it goes by soo fast! We always feel like the time is going by decently slow until we hit about Tuesday and then it flies by. I wish there was some way you could slow it down to the 10 days before the trip because that takes forever! Glad you had a good time though.:wave:
